god knows when. ratan's hand is bandaged and diya's bandage is gone. and he doesnt have locket in his hand...so hopefully after they have taken off locket if we are lucky. or before locket was put on him (think terrorist made him believe it is from diya that is why he put it on) if we are unlucky. CVs have any way lost their sense of continuity. so cannot say whether they remembered to put bandage on his hand and forgot to put it on her...with CVs anything can happen
