Hats off to you bro. The Eclampsia portion was very touching yar. I had tears in my eyes while reading it. I know how bad and how dangerous it is. My childhood best friend,my cousin sister had Pre-eclampsia, resulting in renal failure. 😭 Her baby got delivered in 7th months...the baby is fine mashaAllah but my cousin is on thrice a week dialysis regime.. I have actually seen her in that ICU...in coma... Doctors had given up on her...her liver and lungs had started to damage too. Docs had told us that one heart attack and she would be no more. 😭 I have actually spent days by her side reciting Quran to her... and when she regained consciousness and opened her eyes, I was the 1st person she saw and acknowledged.

Your whole ff was beautiful Arulya...but this last part touched me very much.

One small suggestion, just imagine for RLHN 2 and write a story starting with DIRA's love acception. You , Ayesha and others( don't bash me , it's my weakness I don't remember the names , my friends and relatives scolds me a lot fo this) try to get a story.
