Wait, so basically you guys are saying that girls in this fan club who are under 19 are like, YOUNG? and not like..in "competition" for Kavi or something? Now, heeeey! that's not fair! Haha..I'm 15!! I'm turning 16 this year!! You HAVE to make it 16 or older! hehe 😆
