Part 4:
As Ananya was about to leave, and Kabir held her hand from behind.
Ananya was visibly upset...
Ananya with her back still facing him, and her hand held by him
Ananya: mera haath chodiye sir...
Kabir: aur nahin choda toh?? (smirking)
Ananya turned towards him with him still holding her hand...
Ananya: Some gutts you have sir, aap ko pichli meeting ka thapad shaayd yaad nahin rahaa...
Kabir smirked, and walked toward her still holding on to her hand...
Ananya's heart was pounding as he was coming closer, not knowing what to expect from him...
Kabir came just few steps away from her...
Kabir: Thapad toh abhi bhi yaad hai Ms. Kashyap, lekin lagta hai aap kooch bhool rahi hain?
Ananya giving confused look to him...
Ananya: mein kooch bhool rahi hoon?
Kabir left her hand walked in front of her...his back was facing her...and he turned to face her...
Kabir: agar aap bhool gayi ho toh mein yaad dila deta hoon, aaj subeh jab aap sab ko positions assign ki gayi thi, tab khalid ne aap sab se ek contract bhi sign karvaya tha...does that ring a bell???
Ananya was trying to think, and the realization dawned upon her that in order to rush to cover her lead, she didn't read the contract properly, and she signed it and left...Kabir seeing her confusion, and reading her mind...
Kabir: chalo mein hi bata deta hoon, kya likha tha us contract mein...usmein yehi likha tha Ms. Kashyap ki aap agle do saal tak is company ke saath judi hui hai...aur agle do saal tak aap ko ussi position pe kaam karna hoga joh aapko assign ki gayi hai...
Ananya was shocked, she was speechless, she covered her mouth with her palm...her eyes wide open...
Kabir grinned looking at her expressions, and a victory smile played on his face...
Ananya: But sir you can't make me stay here, i am sure there is some way out of this...I am sure if i serve my 1 month period and give resignation, I can leave this company...Right?
Kabir hearing her naive comment, just couldn't help but smile...
Ananya: what are you smiling about?
Kabir: Ms. Kashyap aapko kya lagta hai? (smirk again)
He walked toward his table, faced her...
Kabir: There is no way out of this contract Ananya...so its best that you started getting comfortable with new position...and...
Ananya: (ananya looked at him) And sir?
Kabir: And with me Ms. Kashyap, you will be reporting me directly...(Kabir walked towards his chair, and stood behind his chair, facing her)...Shall we get to work Ms. Kashyap?
Ananya realized that she was trapped now...so she decided to get to work, rather than stand in front the monster of a man...
Ananya: Theek hai sir...
She started to walk out of the glass door of his office...
Kabir: where do you think you are going miss Kashyap?
Ananya: Sir getting to work, going to my desk...(raising her one eyebrow)
Kabir: Ms. Kashyap your desk is not outside remember? It has been shifted to the cabin right there (pointing small cabin inside his cabin)...
Ananya had a disbelief look on her face because, she didn't know this man had all planned out...He had purposely shifted all her stuff to the cabin inside his cabin...Kabir's cabin was huge, and inside that cabin separated by a glass wall, and a glass door, was a smaller cabin, meant for ananya...He could see all what she was doing from just the glass wall in his cabin...There was no privacy whosoever between her cabin and his cabin...Everything was right in front of him...
Ananya gave disgusting look to him...And walked into her new cabin...
Luckily that cabin had another separate entrance, and door from the other side...From which the other staff member could enter...So, this was a relief for her, as her friends could visit her without having to go through Kabir's cabin...But, for this new boss of hers, Ananya was right in front of him, just separated by those glass walls...
After Ananya was settled into her cabin, she started working on her case reports...Kabir got busy with Malvika and Khalid in a meeting...The whole day passed by, and it was time to leave...
Just than Ananya heard a knock on her cabin door from the staff side...
It was no other than her best friend, Ronnie...
Ananya: Are Ronnie, tu yaahan? koi acchi khabar hai kya?
Ronnie: looking at her confused...Anu, its 7pm, kahaan khoi hai?ghar nahin jana?
Ananya: Are yaar, in reports ke chakar mein na pata hi nahin chalaa kab shaam ho gayi...sorry yaar...bahot thak gayi hoon yaar...
Completely involved in their conversation, Ananya didn't realize that they were being watched by a pair of eyes from the other office...The kabir Sharma was seeing this scene unfold from his office...
Ronnie: toh fir pack your things, already 7:15 ho chooka hai, main tujhe drop kar detaa hoon...
And Ronnie put his hand forward to get her to get up from her chair...
Ananya gave her hand in Ronnie's hand and he pulled her up from her chair, almost collapsing her into him...
Seeing Ananya's hand in Ronnnie's hand, someone was fuming with anger...He wasn't liking the close proximity between Ananya and Ronnie that he was seeing...In his anger, Kabir broke the pencil in his hand, with which he was playing around for a quite awhile...with the snap of the pencil breaking, he got up furiously from his chair, and walked to Ananya's cabin door...
As soon as he entered her cabin, Ananya quickly took away her hand from Ronnie's hand, and quickly grabbed her purse...
Kabir: Ms. Kashyap, aap kahin jaa rahi hain?
Ananya: ji sir, 7 bajeh usually log ghar jaate hain... (Both of them just looking at each other and talking, Ronnie completely being ignored)
Kabir: actually Ms. Kashyap, if you don't mind, Can I please ask you about those reports...
Ananya: what about them sir, only small amount of work is now left sir...I will come early in the morning and finish it...
Kabir: Don't mind Miss Kashyap but, main is company ka owner hoon, aap nahin...So when I say I want those reports on my desk by tonight, that means I want them by tonight...
Ananya: But sir, Ronnie mujhe ghar roz drop karta hai...agar main late ho gayi toh main ghar kaise jaungi?
Kabir: Ananya jab aapka boss der raat tak kaam kar sakta hai toh tum kyon nahin...and Dont worry about the safe ride home...
Ananya: But sir please...
Kabir: Ms. Kashyap aap aaj yeh reports khatam kar ke hi jayengi...(looking at Ronnie) Ronnie tum jao, ananya ko mein chod dunga...
Ananya was feeling so frustrated that she couldn't go with Ronnie...Ronnie left for the day as per Kabir's order...Kabir was happy at his victory...he was not going to let her go with that Ronnie...a smile formed on his face, and he went back to his cabin...
It was 9 pm by now, and ananya was almost done with the reports...At around 9:15, Ananya took all the reports to Kabir's cabin, and put them on his desk...
Ananya: Here are the reports that you wanted...
Kabir looked up at her while sitting on his chair...with devilish grin on his face
Ananya: Sir please check, so I can leave for my home...kaafi der ho chooki hai...looking at her watch...
Kabir: thank you Ms. Kashyap...Good job...yes you may pack up...
As she was about to leave
He got up from his chair...she was facing him slightly side ways...
Kabir: Ms. Kashyap, chaliye mein aapko aapke ghar chod deta hoon...
Ananya: no need sir, I will take an auto...
Kabir: (now facing and directly looking into her eyes) Please, I insist Ms. Kashyap...
Just by the looks of it, Ananya knew there was no way out of this...She couldn't refuse this guy because, he had made his intentions quite clear last time they had met...she was not willing to take a risk, as she knew the office was completely empty...and he will have his way with her if she tried to refuse...so she decided to get out of there, even if it meant to take ride from the devil himself...
Kabir knew what she was thinking...
Kabir started to walk towards her,
Kabir: Ms. Kashyap chalen? yaa fir??? and winked at her (as to remind her of the what he may otherwise do)...
Ananya nodded her head, and both left went in his car...
Ananya was quite throughout the journey, and he was just looking at her every now and than...doing a victory dance in his head, that he got to drop her...When they reached her house, Ananya looked away from him and thanked him, and as she was about to step out of the car...
Kabir: Get used to this...(He meant him dropping her home)
Ananya: (in a determined voice) I don't think so sir, I am not going to be staying this late at the office everyday...and she walked away...
Kabir still looking at her walking away and smirking...
Kabir: We will see about that Ms. Kashyap, we will see about that😉
