Please clear my confusion

What are razia's feelings towards altu? has her deewanapan for altu ended with killing spree? Why is she being arrogant? Frankly speaking her arrogance seems so irritating to me, where is kind and sweet razia? Why she sees yaldoz with proud face? Is she happy marrying a big sultan?😕 What is happening? and the big question WHY CVS ARE MAKING AUDIENCE HATE RAZIA? I do not feel the same cuteness in razia anymore, she is not cute at all, her character has become highly irritating after killing spree. I want her to cry for mirza, to feel her love.
