raja comes to the hospital with nan and amber. they watch the doctors treat nil from outside the room. doctor says they have to take nil to ICU. the doctor comes out and tells them nil has cerebral fever and its very difficult to survive with this and a coma and they have very little hope, but they will try to save her. he leaves. raja goes to nil's room. she keeps breathing hard. raja says he has been waiting for 5 years for this day and she cant leave him alone, he did so much. nan and amber watch from outside the room. raja tells nil not to leave him and punish him for his sins because he cant live without her. doctor comes and tells raja to go out because they have to take nil to the ICU. raja watches. someone tells prince he has a three year contract, in eight days he has to go to dubai and handle the work. the man asks about prince's family. prince says him, nan and pari. he feels bad. he thinks this is the happiness of achieving something without raja and nan's help and hopes they are happy with this.
raja cries. nan tells him its bad luck to keep the hand on the head. raja says nil was in a coma but in front of them, he believed in his heart she would get well but now he is breaking down. they follow the doctors as they take nil to the ICU. doctors take nil inside the ICU with raja, nan and amber waiting outside the room. they watch nil being treated. prince comes and asks about nil. nan says they just shifted nil to the ICU because she has cerebral fever and anything can happen. prince consoles nan that nil will get well.
the next morning, in the hospital, nan comes to prince. prince tells nan he got a contract to work in dubai on his own for the first time and they have to leave in eight days, her and pari. prince says this is his biggest opportunty and everyone is waiting for nil to get well but he wont leave raja in this condition. prince says he is responsible for putting nil in a coma and raja never made him feel that way, so how can he take her and pari to dubai at this time. raja touches prince's shoulder from behind. raja walks away.
pari and kuhoo pray at the mandir for nil. pari says badi ma is very nice and to make her well and they will stop doing mischiefs. fatema and gunjan come and see this. fatema lights the diya. pari asks fatema if bhagban will make nil well again. fatema says bhagban will listen to them and make nil well again so she can come back home.
doctor tells raja nil's health is improving, she is out of danger. raja says thats great news and thanks the doctor. doctor says their prayers had the most effects. raja tells the doctor he wants to meet nil before leaving. raja goes out.
amber asks raja about nil. raja says nan was right, nil is improving.
preview: raja tells nil prince got a contract in mumbai but this means nan and pari have to go too, how will he live being apart from them.
