No, Parasu Ram met Balram and Krishna when they were on the run from Jarasandha.
Basically, after Kansa's death, Jarasandha attacked Mathura. Yadavas told Krishna to get out because he was the cause of attacks. DADDY VASUDEV told Krishna to get out, too. 😆 Yeah, grateful lot.
Krishna left. Balram went with him though no one asked him to get out.
They were wandering around, not knowing what to do, when Parasu Ram met them and sent them to a mountain where they were safe.
Jarasandha eventually laid siege there also, but that mountain top was good defensive position, and Krishna managed to defeat them.
Balram was actually 100% drunk in the scene and unable to help.
Then, they returned to Mathura and were welcomed back.
Actually, I think this support was the reason Krishna forgave Balram a lot. When not even parents stood by Krishna, Balram did. Of course Balram later became a total villain, but Krishna remained loyal though he stayed on the relatively more righteous side of things.

I think it's from HV. I knew this episode but didn't know that Parashuram ji met them
Anyhow irrespective of what happened then, him reaching out to Rashakrishna after Mahabharatha war is totally uncalled for
Not sure whether HV is trustable source but most ppl follow Vishnupuran due to 10 vishnu avtar and some say 10 are vishnu imp avtar and there are more added to it as well

Harivamsa is an extension of Mahabharata. So definitely it is more trustable than Vishnupuran.

I attended one week session on Hindu bhakthi movement.. Vishnupuran is more viable in ..which tells on avtar and my statement is about vishnu avtar..As I always say .belief is on s God..I am telling about avtar..we all know 10 avtar..but many trustable books say more avtar of vishnu are there.

Bhagvat Gita has different version..We all believe chitbhavanandha ..But some believe iscon version..

There are different Avtaars of Vishnu not only 10. The 10 which we know are commonly selected n sorted.
