While reading that post I felt it deserves a detailed discussion. I will be here to express my views maybe tomorrow? 😊 My views are different from the normal scientific view. For me God too evolved acco to the requirement of the living beings!
For me, Rama was a primitive God who lived in a society that was still in a formative stage ! But regarding Krishna it was different when Krishna incarnated, it was a fully developed society, >>> I know you will ask me what is the meaning of that 'fully developed society' --scientifically, economically, philosophically and socially too it was fully developed , advanced upto the level of extinction. In fact , we are yet to reach that stage in warfare and armoury! There are is a vast difference between the narrative styles of Valmiki and Vyasa , their approach towards God and their perspective regarding that aspect is different! Will share my views in my next post.
This reminded me of an article I read somewhere......Regarding how the Dashavatara of Vishnu is equivalent to evolution of life-----
Fish (aquatic) ->
Kurma (amphibian - aquatic gradually reaching the land) ->
Varah (terrestrial + mammal) ->
Narasimha (kind of neanderthal) ->
Vamana (early short men) ->
Parasurama (Hunting and gathering + stone-wood weapons) ->
Rama ( Primitive royal societies + inflexibly righteous + archery ) ->
Balarama (holds plough - Agrarian society - agriculture based )
Krishna (Pioneer of modern men who preferred using brains before weapons - the major trait that makes men different from other animals) ->
Kalki (future men - can destroy the world with one press of finger - nuclear world)
