Favourite exercise:
For me, dancing is the best exercise. It is the best stress-reliever and one can do it anywhere. Just put on your dancing shoes and get ready to unwind.
How often do you work out? I work out thrice a week. I do combinations of weight and cardio exercises.
How many hours? I work out for an hour.
One person whose body you would like to have: Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

2. Chetan Hansraj — Swimming
Favourite exercise:
These days I am into yoga and swimming.
How often do you work out? I do yoga thrice a week, which includes breathing exercises, the various asanas and meditation. I also go for a swim when I have the time.
How many hours? I work out for an hour-and-a-half every alternate day.
One person whose body you would like to have: Sylvester Stallone in Rocky 3.

3. Iqbal Khan Dumbbells
Favourite exercise:
I cannot go to the gym due to my schedules, so I carry a set of dumbbells and also do push-ups whenever possible. I love doing push-ups.
How often do you work out? I make it a point to work out everyday.
How many hours? I do it in intervals, whenever time permits.
One person whose body you would like to have: Wesley Snipes.

Favourite exercise:
I love doing pull-ups
How often do you work out? I work out four days a week.
How many hours? One hour.
One person whose body you would like to have: Arjun Rampal or Milind Soman.


5. Nikhil Chinnapa Clubbing
Favourite exercise:
I love dancing, it's my favourite workout regimen.
How often do you work out? I make it a point to go clubbing at least once a week.
How many hours? I dance for around three to four hours.
One person whose body you would like to have: I would love to have Salma Hayek's body. I will keep her for some time and then ask if she has a sister.

Favourite exercise:
My favourite is working on my biceps.
How often do you work out? I work out three to four days a week.
How many hours? One to one-and-a half .
One person whose body you would like to have: Sylvester Stallone.

Favourite exercise: I love doing the shoulder press.
How often do you work out? I sincerely work out five times a week.
How many hours? An hour-and-a-half.

Favourite exercise:
I like doing cardio workouts.
How often do you work out? I work out when I have time.
How many hours? For one hour each day.

Favourite exercise:
I love paying squash.
How often do you work out? I make it a point to play thrice a week.
How many hours? For an hour.
One person whose body you would like to have: I think Peter Andre has an amazing body.

Favourite exercise
: I love doing kickboxing for my legs.
How often do you work out? I like doing squats and work out five times a week.
How many hours? One-and-a-half hour.
One person whose body you would like to have: Johnny Depp.

its all well going to the gym but if nikhill smokes then he is undoing all the good work at the gym
