| Varun Badola and Rajeshwari | After a hunt that lasted over a year, Varun Badola and Rajeshwari Sachdeva may have finally found their dream home.
Rajeshwari has more than one reason to feel ecstatic about the 1,200 sq feet apartment.
Even though they haven't signed the papers yet, Rajeshwari is certain that their hunt for a new apartment has ended.
"It's too early for me to talk about moving into this place. We still haven't got the formalities done; but yes, I am definitely interested in this particular building."
Ground floor ghar
The reason? "This is the same flat where Varun stayed when he came to Mumbai six or seven years ago," explains Sachdeva. The flat is situated five minutes from Sai Baba complex, near Aarey Milk Colony (where the couple lives now).
"For a long time, both of us wanted to move into a new house. My current flat is on the seventh floor, and my in-laws visit often. The new house is on the ground floor, and I am happy as it will be easier for them to move around."

What was her one prerequisite for a new flat? "There has to be lots of greenery around. I am quite lucky with this one, as it is surrounded by lush, green mountains."
The actress describes the two-BHK apartment as a "simple home". "There's nothing grand, lavish or extravagant about this place. In fact, the building has just three floors, as opposed to the skyscrapers around it.
I fell in love with its old world vibe," she says.
On the work front, the couple will start shooting for their new UTV show, Arranged Marriage. Says Rajeshwari, "It's been quite a while since we have acted together, so obviously, it feels good. My character is that of a woman who is an utter romantic at heart."
