It was a housewarming party that doubled up as a birthday bash on Saturday evening. Nikkhil Arya, the birthday boy, dressed in an electric blue shirt and a black dhoti was undoubtedly the star of the evening as he played host to a whole lot of his friends from the television industry. While his Rabba Ishq Na Hove co-star Sangeeta Ghosh and director Nandita Mehra came in quite early, the list got longer as the evening progressed. Among the ones we caught up with were Varun Badola, Rajeshwari Sachdev, Mrinal Deshraj, Pooja Ghai Rawal and her husband Niraj, Hiten Tejwani and Gauri Pradhan, Shilpa Shinde, Rajeev Khandelwal, Shabir Ahluwalia, Kishin Mulchandani, Sameer Dharmadhikari, Mona Vasu, Vrajesh Hirjee, Shilpa Saklani, Urvashi Dholakia, Yash Tonk with wife Gauri, Brinda Parekh, designer Umesh Jimnani, Gaurav Gera, Sharad Kelkar with wife Kirti, Sachin Shroff, Krishna Kohli, Kavita Kaushik, Kamya Paunjabi, Karishma Tanna, Chaitanya Choudhary, Karishma Randeva and deputy creative head Nivedita Basu were present to wish Nikkhil. Television czarina Ekta Kapoor entered late at night and went trigger happy with her digital camera. While most of them hit the dance floor grooving to latest hits and gave out sound bytes to the media, host Nikkhil made sure all of them were well tanked up. | ||
