legal options for ranveer...

hello friends..we saw last ight how daljeet without getting any data from cd,he managed ranveer's confession before sahiba...even police recorded his confession...but friends even in these circumstances ranveer got certain legal options to escape from convictions...as for as confession made before police is concerned acc. to our criminal procedure code confession before police is not a valid confession becoz police can get this confession by torturing a person so confession made before court is valid acc. to section 148 of cr pc even court follow a perticular pricedure that the accusd person is to send away from police custody,means court send accused to judicial custody 48 hours before the confession so that poice can not built pressure on the accused..second legal option is though daljeet managed to get ranveer arrested by using his position but in the absence of any evidence court can not convict a person as the cd is already broken now if daljeet wanted to prove that ranveer has destroyed the evidence he should have picked this cd with gloves as now this cd has fingerprints of daljeet not ranveer's...so last but not the least acc. to sec 188 of crpc if an indian citizen commit offence on foriegn land,he can be only prosecuted with the prior permission of the central govt...so to get ranveer convicted police & prosecution has to prove thier case..friends it is not my personal view it is a well settled law of our country...i don't know brainless cv will move this in which direction can you predict something...plz..leave your comments friends.

I don't think the CV's knows even a single thing about all these legal terms. They would just do as what they wish even if it makes no sense. Typical of the CV's 😕

what daljeet never kidnapped ranveer...you forget about how daljeet kidnapped ranveer & send to mental hospital,daljeet offered to pay rs.one lakh to mental hospital staff they throw him in mental hospital after kidnapping ranveer from the road. one thing more whatever ranveer done but as for as his love for sahiba is concerned is too high,ranveer has the inner feeling that his love sahiba is in trouble,he is feeling this thing even in police custody,but daljeet is not able to see the danger or threat to sahiba..if you love some body with great intensity like ranveer love with sahiba,anyone can feel pain of his love ,even if his love is away rom him...so whose love is great,but daljeet knows it that fifth elemen can attack sahiba even in that time he wish that ranveer should not reach to her even daljeet hit sahiba in one episode & she got unconcious,malika too was present.

again dear i think you forgot the episode where daljeet pushes sahiba so badly when she told him that she is pregnant & daljeet misunderstood that it is ranveer's child daljeet hit sahiba so badly that she struck with heavy rock & get unconcious,even malika was present there,then they took sahiba to hospital..😊
