Exactly, from a lot of months now, probably May they've been starting tracks and then not concluding any sensibly, starting another and so on. They dragged Tanveer's track endlessly only because that phase was getting them high numbers. The actors like Shabnam, for a lot of time even Alka, Tej Sapru, Vaquar mostly Tej Sapru and Vaquar have been wasted and got in once in weeks of episodes.Characters like Haseena and their family are given more importance, and not just now with the lead being replaced but from a long period of time. The show is getting new characters and giving them more importance than their original characters. And they've changed the tracks and story very inconsistently and frequently, actors for sure are going to be disappointed and look for greener pastures. For all you know it could be the channel and not PH whose at fault because ultimately every episode goes through them before airing.

no management in this production house .ekta is very strong she manages many shows at a time and for many years , some r not good but she has also given good shows for more then 3-4 years.

A grey person is always going to have a moment of negativity and she was always going to be that thanks to @bold.

She is one of the main antagonists in the story so her character was bound to be loony at some point.
