Roshni's all smiles
"It's a complete comedy of errors and I am playing this ultra-glam diva modelled on the lines of Rekha, which is very interesting," gushes Roshni, who was last seen in the horror series Aahat wherein she played herself.
Winner of reality show Desi Girl, the chirpy actress was looking for something that was as powerful as her role in her debut serial Kasam Seh when she landed Pyaar Mein.. "It's a well-written show and my role has a lot of potential. Apart from wearing western outfits, which in itself is a breakaway from the way a bahu is depicted on television, my character is a complete diva," informs Roshni.
It's also the first time that she will be doing comedy, though she has hosted Comedy Circus in the past. "Comedy is serious business for me while drama can sometimes be boring, comedy is refreshing and the best part of my job is that I keep laughing on the sets," beams the actress.
Soon, she will also be seen hosting a food-related show, Ready Steady Go,on Sanjeev Kapoor's channel Food Food. Based on an international format, the show is a competition between two professional chefs, who will be teaming up with one participant each in everyepisode and doling out a main dish and a dessert within 20 minutes. "There will also becelebrity guests on the show," smiles Roshni.
