I was finding something else...and land up with this one...so was just wondering if this is Neil...

Im adding the description of the ad...
A young girl sneaks past her sleeping hostel warden...
...and peeps out from the balcony, looking for her boyfriend.
The gallant fellow makes his entry. But to the girl's chagrin, the sound of her boyfriend's approaching bike wakes up the matron.
The enraged woman flings down a flower pot that is within reach. The young man has no choice but to flee.
But he does not give up that easily. Going to a nearby fuel station, he asks for a can of Glide 4T Engine Oil and fills his bike.
Our Romeo now, smoothly glides back into the hostel gates and gestures to his weeping girlfriend to cheer up and scoot with him.
But suddenly, there is another distant rumble which grows louder and we see another young man on his bike, 'sneaking in' to collect his date.
As both our heroes make good their escape, another flower pot misses its aim and hits the ground. MVO asserts, "Glide 4T. Smoother than you expect."
It looks like its him...
