ASA and Vikram Bhatt announce Joint Venture at Grand Hyatt On May 18th 2007. Vikram Bhatt and ASA, a corporate dealing in steel and safety match industry, announced a joint venture. The joint venture will identify scripts and produce feature films that will be either exclusively be directed by Vikram Bhatt or will be directed by various directors like Deepak Tijori, Manoj Tyagi, Girish Dhamija. Also announced on this occasion was Vikram Bhatt's Mumbai Salsa featuring new comers.
