Article~~Barkha bags two projects!

Barkha Bisht has struck gold post Pyaar Ke Do Naam Ek Radha Ek Shyam on Star Plus. The pretty actor has been roped in as the lead opposite Amit Sareen by Aroona Irani for her yet untitled Sahara One show. This is not all. Barkha is also anchoring the revamped Popkorn on Zoom alternately alongside Shveta Salve.

Talking about Aroona Irani's new show she said "I can't reveal much, but its an emotional drama. I play this sweet, simple and lovable girl called Arpan. I get to play a regular, girl next door, who has a caring attitude towards everyone around her," says a visibly excited Barkha.
And coming to the revamped Popkorn on Zoom; since Barkha has been a voice and accent trainer in the past, anchoring comes naturally to her.

"One fine day, Optimistix productions called me to ask if was interested. I went in for the auditions and got selected. I am comfortable with my voice and anchoring. But, I am working on my looks and communication skills, apart from watching a lot of anchor based shows. We've worked out a flexible schedule with Zoom for Popkorn. I'll shoot fifteen days a month for the show while the rest of the days would be devoted to Aroonaji's show," points out Barkha who has broken off with actor boyfriend Karan.

The actor goes on air with Popkorn from 30 October on Zoom.
