hi ijust started watching this show and today radhika talked about uday and her engaement with him. i just wana know y she ran away

After Radhika's engagement with Uday, he tried to misbehave with her when they were in a hotel room. He thought it was okay for them to sleep together as they were already engaged. She didn't think so, as it was against her moral values and "sanskaars". When he continued to force her, she managed to escape and ran away.

While she was running on the streets, she sneaked into the back seat of a car. The car turned out to be Krishna's. He realized that she was being chased. So he fought Uday and his goons until they went away. Then he dropped her to her place. On the way, Krishna and Radhika shared some nice, friendly moments.

When Radhika went home and told her male dominated family about what happened, they refused to believe her as Uday had already told them a made-up story, saying that Radhika betrayed him by running away with another guy. The male members of the family fixed Radhika and Uday's wedding.

Radhika's mother was the only one who believed her, so she helped her run away from home.

When Radhika reached the train station, a woman named Sapna Varma handed her a bag to take care of for a few minutes. But then Sapna got into an accident and died, thus leaving Radhika with the bag.

Radhika started running with the bag in her hand...until she fainted and almost got hit by a car. That car belonged to Krishna's family, who were going somewhere at that time. They didn't want to leave an unconscious, helpless girl on the streets, so they took her home. It turned out that the real Sapna Varma was supposed to come to their house as a governess for two small kids in their family.

Krishna's family checked Radhika's bag at home, and they found some ID's of Sapna and thought that Radhika was Sapna, the governess. When Radhika woke up, she realized that she was being mistaken for Sapna. At first she didn't want to take over someone else's identity, but she realized that she had no other option. She knew that she would be safe here as Sapna and won't have to marry Uday.

Krishna is the only one who knows that she isn't Sapna...he is keeping her secret because she asked him to. As of now, their friendship is growing stronger each day and possibly turning into love.

Neither Krishna nor Radhika have realized that their families have been sworn enemies for many years!

Sorry for such a long post...I know that I gave out way more information than you asked for...but since you've started watching recently I thought I'd fill you in on the story so far! 😃

By the way, this is Krishna and Radhika's third "janam". They had been lovers during their past two lives but people and circumstances prevented them from uniting.

Personally I think I'm a lousy updater...in fact, updating scares the hell out of me! Other than the fact that I haven't got time to be a regular updater, I am behind in terms of time zone. You people who live in India get to see the daily episodes atleast three hours sooner than us Canadians. By the time I watch the show and get a chance to update, it would be the middle of the night in India/Pakistan/MiddleEast. 😆

i must say sarah you right too good if you have time you can join us to write fan-ficts once a week will be fine if you don't mind 😉 its fine if you can't

Hmmm...I dunno...fan fics aren't particularly my type of thing...although I like writing short stories during my spare time, I'm not good at taking characters from another book/serial/movie and making a story for them...it seems difficult. I think that you and other fan fic writers are doing a marvelous job with it. Keep up the good work! 😃
