Okay...what you do is..scroll down, click on 'FREE'

It will say, 'Download ticket reserved' or something along those lines

Wait till it gets to 0 seconds and then there is a box next to the phrase 'No Premium User, Please enter' and will provide a code

Type in the code it provides in the box and click on 'Download from ___ Network'

Then it should allow you to download.
