Whole village is gathered to discuss what will they do now, someone says they should ask help from Kuwar but Kishen says they should never take his help instead his voice trail off. Postman gives letter from bank, Kishen reads and closes his eyes. Knowing something serious, villager asks what is in it. Kishen reads loudly that since 3 months they have not paid bank interest and if they didn't pay within 2 months than bank will take away their houses. All are shocked, Kishen leaves from there. Shyama is not able to concentrate on her work. Kishen and Shyama are sitting alone on bank of river, same time "tanga" comes Balu is sting with Kuwar. Kishen and Shyama sees them, Kuwar puts hand on Balu's shoulder as if giving signal he supports Balu. At home, Kishen gets flashes of burning factory. Old woman is shown feeding her child with water and "roti", Kishen watches it. Kishen prays God(he has tears in his eyes) that why is he doing all this and they don't want to lose without fighting. Postman comes and gives the letter from Mala. He tells rich businessman is coming to their village and they will purchase stock from him so their factory will start again. Kishen thanks God and says he can't see tears in their eyes.

Everyone is gathered aroung businessman. Kishen thanks him for coming to their village. He says Mala asks him to give order to Kishen. Kishen request that they ran small factory and for his order they need to purchase raw material and for this he needs money. Businessman agrees to givea and say this is nothing, he is impressed as Kishen is doing for his village. He was about to give money but Kuwar comes and says he has come to save him from this fraud. Kuwar tells they have no factory and "charkhas" are burnt one than how will they complete order. Businessman says Kishen wants to cheat him. Kishen tries to explain that from advance payment they get new "charkhas" and for raw material they sell their houses. Businessman says from his money they buy "charkhas" and Kuwar says houses is already bank's property. Kuwar tells businessman that he can complete his order in 10 days as he has machines. Kishen requests he wants one chance. Businessman says Mala is like his daughter so he'll give Kuwar and Kishen one chance whoever completes order first will get cash amount from him. Kuwar says Kishen will start first. He challenges if Kishen completes order in 10 days and wins, he'll give his factory to villagers with machines and cash also but if he loses Kishen has to serve Kuwar whole life and that's promise. Kishen asks later he can cheat them. Kuwar says he can give him in writing, Kishen gets paper and Kuwar signs it.

Out of flash back, Adi jokes at that time he was playing Aamir Khan's role of Lagaan. Shyam says there was no way out but to accept Kuwar's challenge. Adi asks did villager support him. Shyam says after accepting Kuwar challenge all started questioning him. Back to flashback. One by one all villager are questioning Kishen that they didn't expected this kind of childish act from him. Other says order cannot be completed in 10 days. Kishen is explaining that they'll work together that also day and night but villagers leaves from there saying to stop dreaming as this can never happen.

Kishen is making "chakhas" alone, Kuwar's voice is haunting him. Dadi comes, he asks she has also come to say he has done mistake by taking impossible task. Dadi explain him by telling story from Mahabharat that Krishna asks Duyodhan to choose between his intelligent soldier and him. Duryodhan choose intelligent soldiers. Krishna was with Arjun and they wins the battle. Dadi says she ddin't keep his name Kishen in vain, she knew he is brave and courageous man. She adds to do important task pray God, if he is right God will support him. Kishen says he'll win because he has God's grace and Dadi's blessings. Kishen hugs Dadi. Freeze.
