Six daily soaps are now banking on love triangles to rake in the TRPs

Its no secret that the Indian audience loves watching romance in their daily soaps amid all the kitchen politics and saasbahu drama.And no romance can be interesting without some extra masala to pep up the proceedings.If a straight love story has the potential to become a love triangle,then soapmakers leave no stone unturned to explore it further.

THE LOVE BIRDS:

Raj (Karan Grover) and Sarita (Srishty Rode) in Punar Vivah: Ek Nayee Umeed) are the unhappily disjointed couple caught in the marriage trap for a decade now.

Divya (Rubina Dilaik) is the sweet faced,TV star ex girl-friend whos all set to make her former beloved fall in love with his present wife.If thats not enough fodder for drama,then you also have lovelorn ex BF sharing eyelocks with TV star in rain and rescuing her from goons from time to time as shrewish wifey makes futile attempts to win him.So whos the third angle to this romance May be TRPs will dictate that!
