10 years later
Divya has now catapulted to a popular and famous Television star who is endeared and adored by many. After having a successful stint as a TV's bahu for 7 years and settling down her siblings, she decides to return back to Bhopal -- to her love, Raj...hoping that he will still be waiting for her, despite her leaving him in the middle.
However, unlike Divya wished, circumstances never remain the same always😔!! In Jakotiya Nivaas (Raj's house) we find Raj's family treating Sarita, their daughter in law very bitterly to the extent that Sarita is frustrated to the core and gives in return for what she gets!👏 Her only solace in the house is Daadima and her eldest sister - in law, Sheela, who understand the pain that she has been going through since 10 years, and thus her reason for displaying such hostility towards her in-laws. 😭 On the other hand, Raj had become a stone hearted person displaying no affection or warmth towards any person. After Divya left him, he also left his dreams and became a scrap dealer just like his family wanted him to be. 😲
As soon as Divya and her siblings land in Bhopal, her siblings get down to find suitable match for their eldest sister, who brought them up, after their parent's death. However, Divya reveals them of her love interest and decides to meet Raj herself so as to pacify him first since she had left him the lurch for 10 years. With many dreams of the past, she lands up in Jankotiya Nivaas. There she finds Kamla, Raj's mother, who happened to be a great fan of her tv serial Choti Bahu, welcomes Divya extra sweetly in to her house. Divya is desperate to meet Raj and also anxious deep inside her mind on whether he would be still waiting for her. 🤔However, her worst scare comes true when Kamla introduces her to Sarita as Raj's wife.🥺
Heart Broken and shattered Divya returns back home and complains to her family as to how ill-mannered Sarita is, ignoring the fact that Kamla too used abusive words for Sarita. But her brother manages to bring out the truth that Divya is hurt that Raj didn't wait for her.😭
As the night sets in and rain starts pouring down the sky, Sarita attempts to attract Raj to herself.☺️ However, he doesn't even throw a glance at her and goes off😡. This once again, slaps the stark stinging fact at her face that despite being married for 10 long years, she has not been able to get her husband's love for even a moment🥺 and neither has he ever touched her till date!! 😭
A heart broken Divya is angry and unable to digest that Raj didn't wait for her.🥺 She goes off in her scooty even as it's pouring hard, and gets in to an accident😲. A few people in the road stop Raj's vehicle and ask him to take the unconscious lady to nearest hospital. Raj agrees however he doesn't a get a chance to look at the girl's face, as it was hid behind the dupatta. A few minutes later, Raj's vehicle breaks down and he takes her in to his arms😳, to reach the hospital. At that point, a car comes down and the owner asks them to sit inside. Raj leaves the lady in the car and goes off. The next day when Divya gains consciousness, she thanks the man, Gaurav, to have saved her. However, he replies that it was someone else who had saved her and gives her a diary ' which happened to be of a scrap dealer!
Divya thinks that since Raj has moved on, she too should for her family's sake and decides to get married to the choice of her family. As her family is confused, they ask her to point her finger on a picture amongst hundreds of pics lying, and they might consider the person.😉 Coincidentially, the photo turns out to be of the person, whom Divya had been bumping since the day she arrived in Bhopal - Gaurav! She agrees to meet him😲. Gaurav and his mother come to meet her, with the latter being super excited that tv's star could be her bahu. But Divya decides to tell Gaurav about her past entirely before proceeding ahead. After hearing her out, Gaurav agrees for the marriage citing that he loved her honesty. Gaurav's mother requests for a quick marriage since Gaurav had to attend a conference in Germany.😳 The family agrees to have the marriage conducted within one week.
The news of Divya'a engagement and subsequent marriage is printed all over the newspapers and media. One of them reaches Raj's hand and he is shattered to know that the girl whom he loved so ardently and waited for 10 long years was getting married to someone else🥺. In a fit of rage, he goes off in his bike and breaks a signal, and even uses harsh words in front of the cop that lands him in jail. Sometime later, when Divya calls up the scrap dealer, who's diary she had found after accident, to remove all old things from her house...the cop picks up the phone and blabbers that if she has to save her romeo she would have to come down for his bail. Divya, in her good nature, decides to bail him out. However, on reaching the police station with Gaurav, she finds the scrap dealer's driving licence and finds that the scrap dealer was none other than her Raj!!😲 She feels bad and pained to see such a creative man in such a condition! On seeing her cry her heart out, Gaurav realizes that perhaps she is still in love with Raj and feels bad😭.
Meanwhile, as Divya's engagement news is hyped in the television and Jakotiya nivasis are ogling at the same, Sarita spots a ring in Divya's fingers which she seems to have seen somewhere🤔. On pondering, she realizes it was the same ring that she had once found in Raj's room, which he had saved carefully. She decides to unravel the truth and interrogates Sheela. And her worst nightmare comes true, when she finds out that indeed Divya is her husband's love -- for whom he never was able to love her!!💔 In her anger and frustration, Sarita lands up at Divya's haldi ceremony and asks for the bride's remaining haldi that is supposed to be put on unmarried women. To avoid any embarrassing situation in front of guests, Divya takes Sarita away to her room and tells her that she cannot behave ill-manneredly here just as she does at her in-laws place. Sarita flares up and begins blaming Divya for everything. The latter in turn blames Sarita for ruining Raj's life, for having snatched his dreams and making him a scrap dealer. However, Sarita shows Divya the mirror that its not because of her but due Divya leaving him, made him a stone hearted person and how because of Divya, Raj never accepted her as his wife!!😭
Divya is shocked to learn the truth and wonders how can her Raj become such a stone hearted man😲. When he had married, then he should have given his wife the rights too!! 👏 Sarita remarks sarcastically that how can she let Divya get married and be happy when her marriage is on the rocks...and demands that Divya should first solve problems between Raj and Sarita, and only then can she get married!! Divya is left in a quandary! 😕
Sarita feels disappointed with herself to have approached her sautan, regarding her marital issues and decides take the step that she has hesitated to take in the past 10 years- to leave Raj!! 😲 Dadima and Sheela are shocked and sad to hear that Sarita is giving up on hope and going away. They disapprove and try to stop her. But Sarita doesn't relent and they agree with a heavy heart. Meanwhile Divya's Mehendi ceremony is going on merrily; however she is tensed and worried about Sarita's condition, feeling guilty for the same. She decides to call her up only to find from Raj's sister(who is over jubilant with Sarita going away) that Sarita has left the house! Divya is left in a shock and she seeks out to stop Sarita from going away.
Divya goes off from her Mehendi Ceremony towards the Bus that Sarita has boarded and manages to get her down👏. Sarita is pissed off at Divya for intervening. However, Divya tries to pacify her and pleads for one chance! Sarita denies vehemently but Divya asks her to go back home and give a ring, and she would make sure that Raj accepts Sarita as his wife...promises that she would do the Punar Vivah of them. 😲
Next night, as Divya is seated in her marriage mandap ready to take vows with Gaurav, her mind is only worried on whether Sarita will call up or not🤔. In the meantime, outside the marriage venue some guys were exchanging blows shouting that Divya was their's. Raj who was passing by, comes to intervene however on hearing them talk about Divya's wedding, he is shocked. At that moment his gaze falls on the Gaurav-Divya's wedding banner and his heart bleeds!🥺😭! He walks inside impassively, as his heart aches to see his Divya once. Once inside the venue, he finds Divya sitting happily along with Gaurav. On seeing this, his anger 😡knew no bounds and he walks off after some moments. Divya, unaware of Raj's presence among the throng of people, continues to wait for Sarita's call.
In Jakotiya Nivas, Sarita is waiting for Raj to come and her mind is pondering on whether she should accept Divya's offer.🤔However, she is in a dilemma. Dadima asks her to keep faith as there is always light in the end of a dark tunnel.😊 Just then they hear Raj's bike vrooming in and Sarita goes out to open the door. However, the sight that greets her leaves her pained. She sees Raj taking out buckets after buckets of water from the well and was pouring on him😭. Seeing him so agonized, her fingers reach out to the phone. Back in the marriage mandap, Divya is all ready to take the seven pheras with Gaurav when her phone rings. She picks up the call right in the middle of the ceremony, much to everyone's dismay. And Sarita accepts her offer, asks her to come down and give her Raj back!! Hearing this Divya is again in a quandary as her groom is waiting on one side and on the other side Sarita, whom she had promised, was waiting. She walks off the mandap and replies positively to Sarita😲. Gaurav who over hears their conversation demands to know everything. Divya tells him of her predicament and Gaurav is left in a fix. In the mandap, meanwhile people start making talks about how Divya left the mandap in the middle😡. Unable to bear people pointing fingers at his love, Gaurav takes all the blame on himself and calls off the marriage, leaving her shocked and indebted to him!! 👏
Sarita is happy with the new ray of hope that she has got with Divya. However, the insecurities that lay deep hidden in her mind started raising their heads. And her insecurities were further aggravated when Sohanlal returned home with his keep, Sundari! Sundari had entered this house as a househelp but her beauty soon made her the queen of Sohanlal's heart, and her charming nature made the people of the house dance to her tunes! Dadima, who was always against Sundari, rebukes Kamla for having trusted Sundari so much that it broke her own family. Sarita's heart thudded with fear wondering if the same would happen with her too once Divya came in to their house...whether she will loose Raj forever?
On the other hand, Gaurav pleads Divya to think more rationally on the decision she has made. He points out that since Raj and she love each other very much, it would be very difficult for them to control their emotions, especially for Raj who loves her very much!! However Divya doesn't relent, believing that she had to give Sarita her rights, and goes on to meet Raj at his shop. However, just before she could meet Raj, Sarita stops her from doing so and asks her to go away from their lives!!😲
Divya pleads Sarita to give her a chance and not to doubt her! However Sarita is adamant and asks her to leave. But Divya doesn't and taking a few camphor tablets in her hand, she asks Sarita to light them up and extract 7 promises from her which may ensure that Divya would not sway in her path. Sarita is hesitant at first but on Divya's insistence she does take 7 vachans from her... that Divya won't ever touch Raj, won't cook for her, won't take care of him when ill, won't take any help from him when in need and vice versa and the last promise being that Divya would never marry Raj even is Sarita dies. Divya is stumped and denies to take this vow saying that she wants to see Raj-Sarita together, then how can she think about Sarita's death! Hearing this, Sarita is overwhelmed by Divya's words and apologizes for having doubted her.
At that point, they find Raj coming towards them. Divya hides behind a car and asks Sarita to cook up a reason so as to have ride with him in bike. Sarita hesitantly agrees and fumbles in front of Raj that she has sprained her ankle. Raj feels something is fishy and starts nearing the car, where Divya was hiding. Scared that she might be caught, Divya goes and sits inside the back seat of the car. And that car happens to be of Raj. He uses the car instead of the bike to take Sarita home. Divya witnesses how Sarita wasn't even allowed to sit next to him in the car and how she couldn't even initiate a proper conversation with him, because he was extremely cold towards her. Seeing this Divya feels bad and muses on how she should solve the issue.
In Jakotiya nivaas, Sohanlaal is pretty miffed with Raj and repeatedly taunts on his manhood, 😡much to Raj's disgust and annoyance🤢! Meanwhile Divya hatches a plan and decides to enter the Jakotiya house as a part of a fake contest "Jiyo Sitare ke sang, which is apparently won by Sarita.😉 This brings Raj and Divya face to face after 10 long years, bringing out thousands of emotions on the surface😳! Raj is surprised and overwhelmed to find Divya at his doorstep and believes firmly that she is here to meet him😃. But Divya, controlling her overpowering emotions, pretends to not notice Raj and announces that she will be coming to stay in the house for 1 month, much to the merry of the family members🥳, except Sheela.
Sheela repeatedly pleads Sarita to not repeat the mistake that Kamla had done, by bringing Divya in to the house. However, Sarita replies that she pretty much has nothing to loose and if the worse happens, she will be happy that atleast she could unite Raj-Divya! The entire house is merrily awaiting Divya to come and stay with them, except Dadima, Sheela and Sundari who appears a little apprehensive! Finally the moment comes when Divya enters in the house with much grandeur and aplomb. However, her entrance causes much concern to Sarita as Raj is inevitably attracted to Divya, the moment he sets his eyes on her. To amplify her heart ache, Kamla starts taunting her right in front of Divya and puts her down! Divya feels bad seeing this and worries on how Sarita must be thinking. She goes to Sarita and pacifies her yet again rising insecurities, assuring her that she won't come between her and Raj.
Divya asks Kamla not to behave so badly with Sarita.👏 Kamla agrees with her momentarily, just so to keep her choti bahu happy but is unable to control her rage in front of Sarita🤢. Meanwhile, Divya who was looking around the house, chances to enter Raj's room and decides to talk to him. However, the moment she turns, she tumbles upon a vest clad Raj and they both fall on the bed. She pleads him to release her but he doesn't.😳 Sarita meanwhile gets to know that Divya has gone to Raj's room and is worried since Raj is bathing there😲. Amidst all this Kamla suggests to Sohanlal that they make Divya their DIL and Sohanlal is pretty happy with the idea since Divya is rich and famous!!😡
Sarita rushes up to her room only to find Raj holding Divya forcefully. Seeing this, Sarita feels pained and again wonders if she made some mistake by bringing Divya in to her house. Raj leaves from there. Divya sees the fear in Sarita's eyes and again tries to placate her worries. However, Sarita confronts saying that her worries are not unfound since she can see her husband being unconditionally pulled towards his lover!!
Precap: Divya assures Sarita again and asks her not to doubt her. And that the process will take some time. Will Divya succeed in her mission? Only time will tell!!
