I don't know who's blaming the actors for low TRPs. If anything, the cast is keeping the TRPs above 1 lol. But the cast isn't enough for high TRPs, a strong storyline is required too otherwise even fans of the cast will start to lose interest.

Another thing is Zee only cares for TRPs and runs behind it.It does not give a show proper time to develope and starts interferring from the very beginning.But most of the times it backfires.

I'm 100% sure it was above 2 before digitization. When the TRPs came out after digitization in December, that's when it sunk below 2. There were a few instances after that when it reached above 2, and the ultimate high post digitization was 2.3. But I don't know why we're discussing PV1's TRPs at all over here lol. 😕

Chemistry between the leads is subjective. One can say that Karan-Rubina share an amazing chemistry but to me, I don't see that spark in them. But even then, people would have watched the show (those who like Karan-Rubina) if the story made sense.

In the case of PV-ENU, nothing makes sense. The characters are so weak, unrealistic and ridiculous that as an audience, I can't relate to them. I absolutely hate Raj and Divya. Raj is a spineless guy who has to man up and treat his wife with respect because even if he doesn't love her, it was his decision to marry Sarita so he should at the very least honour his decision! Divya's character is amongst those characters which I can't stand - the epitome of sacrifice, the "Good One", the mahaan one. Seriously. It's so filmy! If people had issues with Aarti's "mahaanta", I wonder what they have to say about Divya. And I thought Sarita's character was the strongest out of the 3 but now, I am thinking twice about that as well. She should have taken her stand and left Raj if she knew that nothing was going to change, no matter how many years pass by. No communication in 10 years. Puh-leez, what kinda crap is that? And do I even need to talk about how disgusting it is to see Raj's father's mistress roaming around in the house? 🤢

Actors, chemistry, etc, do matter when it comes to TRPs but what matters even more is the story. One can say that PV-ZMD's story was ruined with the excessive screen-time given to Ishita, yes. But the concept and the essence of the show was never lost. Like Saffi has said, the foundation of Punar Vivah - Zindagi Milegi Dobara was so strong that even the occasional glitches couldn't force fans of the show to stop watching it. I don't want to blame anyone but if I had to, then I would hold the channel responsible for the entire mess. The Mittals are wonderful story-tellers, I am sure they would have done justice to this show if they were given the time, and if the channel wasn't breathing down their neck. With the further dip in the TRPs, I don't know what the fans of this show are in for.

And I dnt want to bother about what someone said about 0 chemistry between RaVya because I know she never found any chemistry between any couple which she doesn't like. I know her well. She is famous in PR forum for her instigating post.
Well come to TRP. Yeah it is obvious. Because all leads are not getting equal attention. As of now it is all about Sarita. Raj hardly has any dialogues and Div has become a supporting character.
It is not the fault of actors but of PH. And 1.1 TRP's main reason is Rubina and Karan. Instead of less focused they rocked in every scene they got. And we fans are watching it for them. If Rubi and Karan weren't there it would get -1 TRP. And we are watching to see RaVya together in an ethical way. I think this TRP is a wake up alarm for CVs. Hope the rectify their faults and give us a well balanced story. And the news of hope is it is improving from yesterday.
Now Zee needs to promote it well too.

@Bold its too early to say about chemisrty... hardly any raj-Divya scene... then how the chemistry will work..

as for drop in trp... Yeh rishta dropped .6 Payar ka dard dropped .5 and many show dropped like Uttran, Veera, which is really big... compared to it... pv just dropped .3 i know 1.1 seems so horibble but they show needs some time... its not as bad as many successful sas bahu shows on air... but hardly any viewers wanna see this type of shows such late slot... it would work better on 8-9 pm slot
