indeed if cv's didn't show divya like that, people will literally laught of them, they were showing off her character.
but the author here and we all here had problems about why not having any pov's of raj and divya, when they are th one which are most needed

Friend, author wrote her POV and I wrote my POV. Is there any rule I should not?

Please read my complete post before trying to lecture me on what to write and what not to. When did I deny what the author wrote? Go back and read that. She and many here wrote what they aren't liking and I wrote what I like.

There is a difference in finding negatives and finding positives.

Do I need to comply and write what appeases you always otherwise I am picked to explain what the topic is about?

I have repeated in all my posts that Raj and Divya's POV might be coming up from Monday since now Divya is in Raj & Sarita's home. Don't you get my point at all?

People need to have patience, not jump at others for having a different POV. The show is just 2 weeks old and the stage is being set for the story ahead. How can it be only about Sarita or Divya or Raj. Sarita's premise is set, next it will be about others. Can the writing team only tell one-sided story if they want viewers? Will they do such a blunder knowingly? Or you think they do not know what they are doing?

And for your kind information - I like what they have shown of both the characters Sarita and Divya, until now.
Sarita who thinks she has been wronged by both Raj & Divya.
And Divya who is so selfless, caring and forgiving that she left her own and her family's happiness to set the marriage of a girl right, who practically is a complete stranger, just out of guilt or just because she is just that - caring towards others.

Although few days back ,it didn't click to me .I kept thinking that may be for that time ,story needed that. but since last week ,I have lost interest .Its always Sarita's emotions being shown .Neither of Divya nor Raj .Although Divya is in the image but Raj - he is too far.
There are 10 times of sarita being showing her POV her thoughts ,even repeatedly same too .Compare to Divya - she has 3 and Raj has 1.
Its not that we have lost patience soon. I have lost it when Sarita's scenes were repeating and i felt irritated to watch again those shouting scenes. Now our sympathy is getting less and less for sarita as she is coming out 'bechari main bechari mai' type of character for me.

Interesting information there!

But I saw 1 of the video or was it an article that I read where Rubina said that PH went to her saying it is only her who could play Divya. Hence she took up the role as she saw how much PH trusted her.

But from Monday's episodes things will become clear.

@bee5 you are right. Here is the link to the interview

If I remember right there were a couple of other interviews where Rubina also mentioned that they had approached her for the role, but because she was overseas she could not accept it initially. May be that is why the names of other actresses were floating around. But fortunately for her she came back before anyone else was signed and she bagged the role.

jjj, you have raised valid points. But to me, it does not seem like a deliberate strategy to showcase only one character. It seems like a thought out strategy where they want to move their story in a particular way based on the PH and Rubina's interview too as well as their non-subtle emphasis on a particular theme. For that they need audience to empathize with Sarita.

Divya's past 10 years and her history with Raj is shown as ambiguous and so is Raj's point of view which is not shown at all. I think they more than likely want to keep this story for the time when all three characters are together and they start peeling the layers.

I have not seen any of this PH's show from the beginning to say how they showed all their characters in the first few weeks. But I have seen couple of their shows on and off in the middle somewhere. I did not continue with them because something about the show (story, lead character or something else) did not appeal to me. But I can say that this PH does weave their story around most of their characters and they do try to close loopholes at least in the beginning/middle of the show. So I don't see them continuing to only show Sarita's viewpoint.

In the end, this show or any show is an investment for this PH. Why would they sabotage their show just because they were not able to hire actors of their choice. If they create empathy for one important character and make people lose sympathy for other two, then it is their financial loss because the story is not of Sarita only. It is of all three (or four) - Divya, Raj, Sarita (and Gaurav). Also, the director of this show is Sumeet Mittal - one of the owners of this PH. If I am not mistaken, the directors for other shows are different people. So it must be one of his pet project for which he feels deeply enough to direct it himself.

As far as I am concerned, so far Divya to me is coming across as more sympathetic character to me than the other two. She is shown to have least amount of resources and her dreams too were broken similar to other two. But she struggled and made something of her life and also built life of her siblings. Also she is taking disappointments in her stride and trying to make best of whatever is given to her.

However, in the end it is important that audience connect to all three characters and the story. There are many loopholes in the story at this moment. But still it is only three weeks so far. And now all characters are colliding. So I expect that from next week onwards, they will start explaining Raj's character and that would explain Divya's actions too in leaving from him in hiding and not contacting him for 10 years.
