What is 'Gaj-kesari'?

Hi. Could someone please explain gaj-kesari to me? Who/what is it? What does it mean? I struggle to follow the dialogues most of time in this serial, so I'm not sure if it's been explained. Can someone please tell?

Gaj Kesri is a Yog or a position of planets in someone's kundali that give him a power to rule the world ... Here we know only that PV is Gaj Kesri .. But his relationship is still not explained 😊
