Would suggest watch without any expectations !! It's far from history . For me, vfx and bgm are major disappointments along with Ashoka's look and casual portrayal .
Guys do you know any website where we can watch the serials with subtitles? It is hard to watch Historical serials without subs

Guys it's needed to be repeated, Ashok looking bad is historically accurate, so if he doesn't look pleasing is not the problem, the probs is he is still a prince and lived in palace. Ok it's assumed that Dharma lost favour so he sent her out of harem in anger for some reason, still Ashok would still live in palace. Bindu may dislike him but others wouldn't dare to harm him as he is still a Rajkumar. These little details are not taken care of.
They are unnecessarily making Devi and Ashok's story a spicy one, it was a normal relationship, Ashok fell in love with Devi, he proposed her , they got married and lived happily in Ujjain.

It's better to watch Ekta's serial without any expectations. In Jodha Akbar they showed a concubine pregnant, then some romance between Rukaiyaa and Jalal, some scenes in hamaam( bathtub). It's quite normal in bigamy. You can never expect Ashok to romance only when kaurvaki ( I don't remember FL name ). Ekta is quite good in portraying bold scenes. There were some old serial which aired in 2005 with Iqbaal Khan as ML they have showed them having physical relation before his newly wedded wife on their nuptial bed.
Some days ago it became viral again. They will justify Ashok now heartless then FL will come with his heart in her hands and fixed it in his body.
