Astha tired to discard her mangalsutra when it got stuck in her hair and she was unable to open it. In the meantime her mother calls her and she had to leave immediately.
Anjali and Shlok's brother saw the news paper print when they were heading towards the court. In the newpaper there was Shlok's and Astha's picture together wrapped in a blanket. Shlok threw away the newspaper and it lended on his niece's foot. She stopped him to ask whether he was going to get her chachi. Shlok couldnot utter anything to the innocent soul.
Anjali fed was about to fed him when he blocked her hand resisting to have it.
Sojal prayed to god wholeheartedly so that their divorce is done.
Both the families reached at the court and Shlok wished Astha all the best calling her "Mrs Shlok Agnihotri for the last time. Rest of the family members stared at each other.
The Lawyers asked Shlok and Astha to go with them to the Judge's room. The Judge shoved them the newspaper and told them that in front of the whole world, for the whole world they are together then why are they sitting there in front of him to get separated? What happened so drastic that they want a divorce.
Astha told the truth of their marriage that it was just to take revenge. Shlok taking the opertunity and tried to dodged the issue. He said he has no complains against against Astha.
Anjali kept on taunting Astha's parents and reminded them what all they did for their family. Kalindi blamed Shlok for the whole thing. Anjali warned them off saying that the water is already gone above her head and Astha's parents will have to pay for it.
Astha told the judge that Shlok has never accepted her as his wife. The judge asked whether it was a love marriage and whether she used to love him or not. When she agreed, he further asked how come that love changed to hatred? Astha said as Shlok hates him her love for him died then and there. But the Judge cut off her off saying if he hates him then why he saved her? One can only do that unless he cares for her.
Astha asked the judge whether he will accept it by telling his true feelings? To which the judge said it was their personal issue and it is better they solve it on their own.
Shlok declared that he cannot do such childish thing and then the judge gave his verdict about their relationship.
Everyone eagerly waited for the final verdict.
The Judge announced that they should give it once more they and for the next 6 months they should stay together under one roof and try it. And even then after 6 months if their relationship does not work he will accept their divorce.
Astha tried to protest but the judge asked her to think and take any further strp.
Shlok showed his cheerfulness and promised that he will love Astha even more this time and took her hand.
Astha's parents were hopeful when she showed up and asked what happened when Shlok announced that their divorce was not granted. He further said that Astha has to stay with him at his house for 6 months.
Astha's mother refused to believe it because she was under shock. Kalindi pleaded to the judge to grant them divorce. He said he accept the divorce and wished as a mother even she wanted to save their relationship.
