Arnav definitely cannot be a virgin. The live in arrangement with La was so evident. But he did say that he is not that type of a guy during the Sheetal track, But by that time during the Sheetal track, there was a lot of ott and story change from the initial plot. I guess the writers clearly forgot about the ASR character. I don't think he would have had constant flings or what not, but he definitely did seem to share a certain level of intimacy with La.
