Hum nahin bol payangay ...

Anjali sits at her dressing table, tears flowing down her eyes. She is crying for the innocent girl who's relationship was build in shifting sands. She should save her tears, she is going to need them for herself. The man who hugs her, has no intention of backing away from his nefarious deeds. It is her rishta that is a Rait ka rishat, that is slowly trickling through her fingers.

Here comes her insecurity from her past, her father with her mother which is flowing from her tears

Khushi, upon whose slim young shoulders the responsibility of breaking this news had fallen, has come back home, unable to do it.

Not an easy or simple answer ... The truth had to be told ... Should have been told, but at what cost ? The lives, the happiness of not just her sister, but his sister too are in her trembling hands. A girl whose life is defined by the happiness of others, has sacrificed the truth, fearfully but willingly.

Anjaliji had stopped her at the last minute ... Aap humsay kuch aur bhi kehna chahatay thay ? One final chance to set the truth free ... She had not availed of it. Looking directly at her Devi Maiya, her resolve strengthening, she had lied. The repercussions, the guilt sits solidly on her shoulders. She will bear them because the alternative had been unthinkable.

She believes in her own innocence, but she also, guiltily, inherent to her nature, lays the blame at her own doorstep too. Her very presence is the cause of this quagmire. And now, because of her, because of her words, her Jiji's new found joy, her fortuitous new alliance, a new lease on life will be snatched away ... Humari vajah say phir say ... She believes because of her, his sister's marriage will scatter to the four winds, leaving behind a broken woman.

She is selfless by nature yes but at the same time she is a bit sald centered too,Yes Khushi thinks alone and acts alone "har kaam tum akaile nahin kar saktin" is coming in the picture

This is more than just their happiness, their lives. It is beyond her control too. She, as a young, grateful orphan, has learnt to shape her life around the joy of others. She is inherently incapable of being the cause of so much grief. Much, much later, she will try to walk out of their home, stating, Hum is tharah sab ko dhuk nahi pahuncha saktay, khas kar aapko ... aur Di ko toh bilkul bhi nahin. And now she clearly say, Jo saach say humari Jiji, Aakashji, Anjaliji, saab ko dukh pahunchay, voh saach hum nahin bol payangay ...

If Arnav has found solace in anger and rudness, she has found peace in others happiness and Jalaibi.Either way it's tricky and sticky to deal with pain.BUT here is my thing why did the family throw her in front to face this , why these Amma and Buaji did not go there and tell the truth by themselves and here we are seeing that because they knew somewhere she will not do it and Payal's rishta will remain same.

A woefully transient commodity lately ...

I love Payal here and her thinking because what ever she is saying that happened later

Khushi flutters her lashes coquettishly, large, rapidly fired, wide eyed blinks from behind Payal's shoulder, desperately hoping to eavesdrop on a torrid conversation ... No such luck ! Her sis is of no use ... And it seems Aakshhji too is pretty much a kaccha khiladi ... They both need a good lesson in flirting and who better give it than her ?

She snatches the phone from her Jiji's nervous fingers and launches into a full scale, according to sweet innocent Khushi, a full on flirt-a-thon. Kijiya na ... koi baat, accha ... Aur phir ek aur ji ..

Little does she know, the phone has switched hands at the other end too. And the one listening to her silly cute jabber is none other than the man she will much later have to tackle the same way. Not a romantic phone bone in his body, 😆he will have to be taught the proper romantic phalay app, phalay app phone etiquette, in full Lucknowi andaz.

This is his way of romance, direct attack

Vasay aap kal aa rahay hai na ? Kya ... Kya ? Kal humari sagai hai, aap nahin aayangay toh humay angoothi kaun pahnayayga ... Bright girl ! Jawab do ASR.

She flirts with her voice, her diction, with her words and then gives up, laughing, thinking she has pulled a fast on her new Jijaji. Kahan aap, kitna meetha bolnay valay, kitnay suljehay huay aur kahan voh Laad Governor, she confides, grimacing.

His jawab, complementary to her opnion of him, is as non-meetha and as disagreeable as him, Yakin toh mujhay nahin ho raha hai ki tum abhi tak pehchaan nahin paayi ki Aakash nahin, mein bol raha hoon...

As in tum ko pata hona chahiya ... Why don't you know it is me ?

He always assume things and wants things at his terms.

All of two words, Kya and Mein ... These were mumbled by him in midst of her prolonged repertoire ... and he believes she should have recognized him, over the phone, when she assumes she is talking to Aakash, by his barely mumbled two words ... Absurdly unreasonable man !

Mein ? Mein kuon ? She should have said, tongue firmly in cheek, Accha ... Laxmi ji ... Voh hi toh sara din mein mein karti rahti hai ...

He would have ended the call sooner for sure, mouthing his favorite expletive ... but now, Han, he bites, for emphasis, Mein bol raha hoon ... As though she needed any further introduction ...

Her loud hiccup had prompted him to drop the call ...

Very touching moment - when Garima hugs Payal and Khushi looks on (probably missing a hug from Garima) and Buaji sees this and touches Khushi's face proudly

Fun moment - the way Khushi flutters her eyelids when Akash calls Payal

Confusion moment - after praying for ASR and Lavanya - Khushi feels sad about losing him forever and feels confused

Handsome moment - Arnav looking very handsome while on the phone and in the last scene

BTW, do you guys think Akash knew it was Khushi and not Payal ? Or did he think it was a bold Payal, became shy and gave the phone to ASR ?
