DOTW - Laxmi/Satya Marriage

Wow, what a shock the producers of Betiyaan delivered yesterday! Satya and Laxmi married?!?!? 😕

I don't think they are actually married. This is all part of the plan Satya has hatched to bring Bhavishya to justice. After refusing Satya in front of her father, and choosing to marry Chaitanya, why would she now go and marry Satya? 😕

Questions for this week are:

- Are Satya and Laxmi really married? What effect will their living together as husband and wife have on their relationship?

- What could the plan possibly be to avenge the attack on Saraswati?

- How will Surya and family react (I think we all can guess what this reaction will be 😆)

- How will Chaitanya, Dhara, Nekchand and Bhavishya react to this? Will Dhara immediately smell a rat?

- Will Laxmi and Satya be successful in this plan?

My Personal Take:

Satya needs someone else to be in the house to help him gather evidence against Bhavishya. It would be more plausible for him to marry Laxmi than any of the other sisters. I really don't think that Laxmi would defy her father now and marry Satya, it has to be a ploy. They will reveal later, after sending Bhavishya behind bars, that this was all a plan. Perhaps while trying to get evidence against Bhavishya, Laxmi will be forced to admit her very strong feelings for Satya, and won't be able to leave him. 😳

Its wise for the family to think Laxmi has eloped, as we know Yuvraj might run to Bhavishya if he knew the plan.

The plan: this is a difficult one. Maybe Laxmi will move into the house, and then start dressing up and acting like Preeti. She will cause Bhavishya to go even more crazy, he might try to kill her again, and Satya will capture everything on film, or something like that. When he's cornered, Bhavishya might spill the beans about Yuvraj, hence the cryptic article about happenings at Yuvraj's wedding.

Initially I'm sure Surya will kick Laxmi out, etc, etc - but when everything is revealed, he might soften and accept Satya and Laxmi.I feel sorry for poor Chaitanya, he seems like a nice guy, he will surely not be happy that his fiancee married someone else.

I am very happy that the storyline has progressed and moved onto this track. Its high time the sisters started taking action against the injustice meted out to them. The only way to fight Bhavishya is to play his game. He needs to be exposed for the crazy person he is and get some treatment! 😡 Lets hope its not drawn out for too long, and two schemers get exposed.

😊 i hope they are really married coz if laxmi stays with him as his wife for a few months without actually getting married..the whole town will talk about her and she will get a bad name...and when she wants to go back to her family they wont accept her...but leaving all this aside if we do believe that its a fake marriage..then ,even if she is not married..i think living with satya will make it impossible for her to leave him...and she will realise that she shud marry him...so now that they have strted to live togther ,with or without marraige, i think its their beginning of togetherness which will last forvever. 😳 ...

I think Laxmi and Satya can live together without being married. Its been done in other serials before (eg. Sid & Mamta did it in Mamta). But at least Mamta has more tolerant and understanding family members.

You are right, it will be difficult, if not impossible, for Laxmi to marry anyone else if she has "married" Satya.

I honestly think they are because if they went to the effort to lie and to take the anger of family they must have also fact that saraswati was treated awfully after being forced to live together will have made lakshmi change her decision.As for living together as husband and wife whichever way will bring them closer for sure i think 😊

It could possibly be but what would be the need to pretend to get married and i dont think satyakam would want to take revenge just get justice.It might be to do with that but if satyakams in the house anyways why the pretend marriage

Overall for whatever reason its happened its good thing and will move the story along. I do think that they will get alot close and end up married for real if they are not already.As for punishing bhavishar thats bound to happen i think saraswati goes back to since shes not gonna be at yuvajs wedding thats why i think satyakam might not have planned it.

No I strongly feel Laxmi and Satya are married. I tink she would go against her father's wishes and elope and get married , rather than just go live with Satya in his house without marriage. They would not show something like that, especially when they have shown them living in a very conservative community. Laxmi would know that, eloping and getting married would undoubtedly dissapppoint her bapuji tremendously, but just living with Satya without marriage would disgrace and destroy her father completely. Living with someone is considered worse in our society than eloping and getting married against parent's wishes.

Yes, they are. I think their relationship will get much stronger after this, because first of all Laxmi took the courage to stand up against her father, and secondly Satya voiced his support to help in the fight for justice for Saraswati

Now since Laxmi is going to be living in Satya's house she can keep an eye on Bhav's every move and maybe when she gets the proof, they inform the police

Dhara, Nek and Bhav are going to devastated seeing that now they have 2 Garodia girls as their bahus, especially now when they were trying to get Bhavishya and saraswati divorced.

In a conservative society like what they show Rajpipla as, i'm sure living with a guy without marriage is most definitely worse than marrying against parent's wishes
