I am first time hearing this as no one has yet
taken a decision plus Madhubala is
improving in the ratings font.

when u compare the two bold parts its kind of clear that whereas they are still unsure about MB's future("yet to take a decision") but quite certain about Uttaran's("will stay on air")!!!!
