I thing for sure viewers just want to kill time some how and that's why they watch it.. Or th standard of expectation of the viewer is soo low...no wonder all desi shows are crap..

She did a good 5 or 6 shows before BV. She has done such a variety of roles, maine oh sab dekhe bhi nahin. I only saw the show she did right before BV...it was Saubhagyavati Bhava and I remember seeing her and I wasnt sure why she caught my eye even tho all she was shown doing was crying bec she has a psycho husband...I found her so beautiful in her simplicity.

She was a parallel lead but got less space than the villain Sanchi...Sid is the other parallel lead of the show and he got a 1 month long wedding track and massive promotions.

So I get it now, they only promote Anandi and whomever is married to Anandi, any tom Dick or Harry , as long as he is with Anandi he will be promoted...other male lead can go commit suicide for all they care.
