Saachi
Played by Sangeeta Ghosh, Saachi is a 34 year old unmarried business woman who lives in the small hill station Panchgani. She lost her parents when she was 19 and since then taking care of her naani and aaji along with two younger siblings Prachi and Advait.
She is beautiful and good natured who cares about everyone around and is the only source of support for her family. She runs a strawberry farm on leased land taken from her cousin Pradeep Prabhu as well as jam manufacturing unit on her fathers land. Saachi is shown to be strong and independent but is extremely possessive about her family and leaves no stone unturned to keep them smiling. She has been sacrificing everything for them all her life and her being still unmarried is precisely for the same reason. She prefers not marrying than to marry someone who does not let her fulfill her duties and has never desired any man's presence in her life. Saachi is a no nonsence woman who knows nothing except her family and she has been facing all problems alone without even telling anyone about them.
Dhruv
Played by Ruslaan Mumtaz is a 27 year old guy who belongs to Mumbai and has wealthy parents. He is a lawyer by profession who believes in living life in the moment and do not worry much. He is good humoured and takes life in a stride. He is full of energy and enthusiasm. As a complete contrast to the serious nature of Saachi, Dhruv can never sit silent for more than a while.
