I think you may have slightly misunderstood my post.

Of course Sophie is an adult. She made the final decision and acted on her own volition. Whether she actually felt victimized or wanted publicity, that I cannot speculate on. Since Armaan is abusive I'm inclined towards the former, but since this is BB, I won't rule out the latter.

However, this article and the TM make it seem as if Gauhar did something horrible by advising Sophie to file charges. They appear to bash Gauhar for trying to influence Sophie. But in this scenario, I don't think Gauhar did any wrong. If I were in her shoes I would be proud of encouraging someone to stand up for herself. So yes, Gauhar is responsible for this. She was the only one who told Sophie to take a stand and not take it lying down. Perhaps without Gauhar's encouragement Sophie would not have had the courage to file a lawsuit. But I see absolutely no wrong in this "responsibility" of Gauhar. Taking a stand against abuse is never wrong.

When it comes to kushal and gohar instigating sofiya ... everyone steps back and says nothing like a loser which really irritates me.
