Tanisha should be arrested first and foremost! She is the very first one to use physical violence. She got away with the physical violence against Kushal just because she was a woman. After Tanisha Andy should also be arrested for sexual harassment. As per the definition of sexual harassment, any abuse (physical or psychological, verbal or non verbal) of sexual nature falls into the category of sexual harassment. What Andy did was a psychological abuse to Gauhar by showing her lingerie and talking all nonsense about Gauhar's body and inner garment's size.

If you see Kushal's actions in both Tanisha's and Andy's cases, they were outright reactions against Tanisha's abusive comments and Andy's misbehaviour with Gauhar. He absolutely had good reasons to give them back what they deserved.
