I don't think that he needs to beg. He may be of the opinion that people who create drama (even though without any substance) have the chance to win. As he did not create any fake drama, probably he is thinking that he should request people to vote for him.
Eg. When Kamya sacrificed her captaincy for Andy, she saw to it that her sacrifice doesn't go waste by giving a big and repeated lecture to Andy and then she moved out of the car. After coming out of the car she gave another lecture regarding her sacrifice. She took complete credit for her sacrifice. But even though Sangram had not become captain even once, he sacrificed captaincy without any word

Btw, For Sangram the best person inside the house as a friend was Ellie and he maintained friendship with her till the end.
Actually I don't know why I like Sangram. But there is some likability factor in him which I don't know.

Sangram didn't play a dirty game unlike other HMs...so his only weapon to win this game is JANTA..ofcourse he will ask them to vote for him come what may. nothing wrong in it.
