Hey, Meghna, so u liked today s epi too, good 😊 . Finally , Jodha atleast went & asked for justice from her husband, the very one who d questioned her virtue. Good move that. Jalal had already put his thinking cap on since his confrontation with Jodha yday, & again her words today made him decide to seek some advice & he asks Salima for that advice. Jalal seeks counsel from his mentor s wife who s known for her wisdom, he says. In such matters where the heart & head are pulled two ways, it s always better to go in for a 3 rd & neutral POV & thankfully Jalal did this. Salima s words & her firm trust in Jodha s integrity makes Jalal think further & he sets into action. What that ll be we ll hopefully see tomorrow. We hoped Jalal ll start thinking & he did today, yayyy 👏

Regarding MA, no words to say 😡 . And Hamida, well, she did ask MA what prompts MA s suspicions regarding Jo s pregnancy, but neither she nor Jalal have had no cause to distrust her yet, such a wily person she is, so Hamida coming & blasting Jo seemed justified .

Hope both Jodha & Jalal learn lessons from this fiasco. Jalal seems to have already learnt some from the MC kaand seeing his restraint this time. But he should also start thinking who exactly might be his enemies . He s aware of their existence but hasn't yet started delving deep into it. Hope Jodha also understands that she shouldn't take everyone at face value & also realise the value of her husband s complete trust & support for her.

Regarding the precap & the reappearance of the ghrina word again, what to say 😆 , hope the CVs too put on their thinking caps & write more meaningful dialogues for our Jodhu begum 😉

Nicely put!

There was one thing that stood out today very clearly and you did mention it so rightly!

Feelings for jodha by the various people

- Moti is very loyal but not thoughtful (ela mentioned that...thanks for pointing out)

- Hamida loves her blindly so when something came up so hurtful could not understand and takes a strong step such as confronting jodha and Mariam makhani instead of ammi jaan. Any mother in law how ever good would have had that.

- Jalal has just started caring for her so is shocked and confused which had led him to be angry.

- rukayya (Although she was not there today) is not a bad person but is just jealous and angry and insecure. But she did quickly analyse jodha during the mc episode after the initial fury that she had nothing really to gain from the mc. She wanted to blame someone and jodha was there so ready to fall in the trap. Even now when jodha spoke to jalal in front of rukayya, rukayya sees jodha's valid point. I think she now more concerned with jalal and her position than anything else.

- Salima understands jodha. She understands the psychology of jodha's character and without even a second thought vouches for her chasity! I was very impressed...it is not just mere care and concern for her but has deeper understanding to the people around her. And she proves this even when she explains the characters of jalal and rukayya to jodha. It is not that they are cousins and they have given her respect so she likes them but because she has understood them...in the deeper sence.

Jalal is probably going to get there sometime soon as well...we are going to see some interesting episodes while he makes jodha turn around and away from grinha phase (but she can't help it any woman would be in that same condition after especially what she has just been through) again. He went one or two step in that direction at the Ajmer/Amer episodes and has fallen may be 5 steps back with this. It is going to be interesting to see if it will be baby steps again or some giant steps in the positive direction!

Jalal' wit will be put to test again!

wonderful take...for the jodha the journey has been a hard one...she sacrificed her hatred for the man she considered her enemy to accepting him as her husband...now when that man suspects her rajvanshi character it must have broken her so badly...she deserves a hug ...I am glad she atleast has Moti with her ...its funny how everytime something bad has happened in jalal -jodhas relation someone has always stepped up to the plate to save it...be it Ruqu(when she had her miscarriage...all things said and done...she saved Jodha from Jalal's wrath), HB and now Salima...I like Salima...when Jalal suspected her ...she stood calm and told him that Bairam Khan was the only love of her life but as Jalal's begaum it was her duty to do as Jalal wishes...she was class then and even now she showed why her opinion was so valued even by Jalal.

Am I glad you posted this meghana..such a clever, positive analysis..hope it gets read by all...especially in the following paragraph you explained a lot - Jodha's, Jalal's AND HB's viewpoint - which I think has struck none of us yet!

All the girls in the forum who thought Hamida was very strange for worrying so much more about Jodha than Jalal must have gotten some answers. She protected Jodha during the tiger attack because she knew Jodha did not intentionally get Jalal killed and Jodha's life was in danger if she remained in harem. Hamida decided to do the right thing even though she was agonized by her son's condition. Today she doubts the rumors and wants the person responsible to be punished. The most evil people in the world tend to wear the most white clothes ever just like our most Indian politician and MA. MA with the black heart succeeds in shaking Hamida's trust in Jodha. Specially when she finds out that her own son is questioning Jodha. I was with Hamida today, any MIL would have reacted the way she did. The only thing she could have done before going to Jodha is spoken to Jalal. But, then what about the TRPs that get generated by showing tortured bechari abla female lead.

I also loved how you observed a difference between Jodha's defence of Jalal in Amer Vs her expectation of justice from him now...I really do hope this is what the CVs have in mind because its called track-progression!

Very true. If she hadn't felt he would be just in making the decision she wouldn't have gone to him in the first place... Yes, if Jodha drops her prejudices against Jalal she will know that he has many good qualities. Today when Moti stressed that it is MA spreading the rumors, she did not go in the direction of Jalal telling MA about it. Instead she reaches out to Jalal that she has come to know, who tends to make good decisions. I hope JaJo prove me right!

Thanks pretty girl! Salima stood out and I had to give her the extra honor by making my review title include her name. I dont think it will drag, Jalal cares about Jodha and also about Salima's opinion. Jodha is going to be out of this darkness, Jalal will never leave her there for long!
