so friends here is my new os for you...an os on ashlok's first diwali
a bit funny,a bit romantic..a bit naughty😉its a picture story..more pictures...less wordings...

life is very unprecictable.sometimes when life seems so dark and dull someone accidentally steps into our life with a guiding light.like the morning early glint slowly take over the fiery dark night sky,they completely eliminates the pall of pain and loss;and illunines our life with new hopes and dreams......the same happened in the life of shlok agnihotri

astha came to the room after her morning chores to wake up shlok
good morning shlok she said kissing his forehead.
he opened his eyes only to see her beautiful angelic face.
what a perfect beginning of the day!
he pulled her to him and she fell above him
shlok:good morning my love -he said reciprocating the kiss
astha:shlok you know today its diwali..my first diwali here.i will celebrate it to the full..!she said with joy
shlok:astha ..you and our kiddish acts...unbelievable!
astha:get up fast shlok..we have a lot of work today
shlok:yes i have a lot of work today in the office..so spare me from all those craps..iam not all interested in any celebrations!
astha screamed:you are going to office today?
shlok:yes i have some urgent works to be done..
astha's jaw dropped
astha:but its holiday na?..no one will come to office
shlok:you are mistaken,my PA suresh will come to help me
astha freed his grip and moved out of the room in anger
shlok:this girl will make me mad!

anjali:astha,he is like his baba.he doesnt like all these celebrations.and work is all important for him...

sojal entered hearing the conversation
sojal:varadji has decided to stay back.we are going out today
astha moves out of the kitchen with a gloomy face
anjali:sojal,dont try to add fuel to the fire.stay in your limits!

shlok is getting ready.he is tieing his shoes when astha entered
shlok:so why my wifey is looking so sad..whats the matter?
astha:how does it matter to you?you go and spend time with your better half
shlok:what?with whom?
astha:with your better half suresh!
he pulled her to his lap
shlok could not control his laughter
shlok:astha i loved your twisted dialogue..so my wifey want me to spend time with her..right?
astha:no...you go where ever you like,do what ever you like
she got up in anger
shlok moved closer to her
shlok:can i do whatever i like?he whispered to her kissing her ears..
astha moved away
shlok caught her by the waist
shlok:astha will you come with me to office?
astha:what?you want me to work today also?
shlok:just come with me..no need to work
astha:i have lots work here..my first diwali..i have to make sweets,have to decorate house,make all the arrangements for lighting...
shlok cut in
shlok:so you havetime for everything other than me...and you are blaming me?
he moved out of the room in anger(faking)
astha:this akdu will never understand!

shlok:suresh why you are always putting me in trouble by telling everything in the last minute...you could have finished it yesterday itself
suresh:but sir reports were not ready..
shlok:hmm...now its ok...but someone had started cursing you from the morning itself!
suresh:i know sir astha mam right?
shlok:tomorrow its better you hide somewhere else when she come.
suresh:yes sir i will hide
he left
shlok:what a man?no sense of humour at all!

feeling tired shlok was resting on the chair closing his eyes
suddenly he smelled coffee
shlok:thanks suresh.place it on the table.he said without looking up
astha:always thinking about suresh..i fired him for today!
shlok:astha you?
astha:yes me..you didnt like then i may go.
shlok :did i say like that?
he pulled her to him and she fell into his lap
astha:what are you doing shlok?someone will see
shlok:the only poor soul here was suresh ,and i think you made him flee from here!
astha:no i just asked him to go home and said i will handle his work. poor guy was so happy.he too has a family waiting for him to celebrate the festival.
shlok:anyway my wifey came to spend time with me.good girl!
astha:no..hmm...i came to help you.so that you can come home early.
she said playing with her locket
shlok:(laughing)really?
he leaned to kiss her
astha:chodiye...go lets complete the work.
astha got up and started collecting files and working on the laptop
astha:akdu
shlok:i heard it mrs.akdu
astha chuckled
but our shlok was still in a naughty mood
he held her by the waist from the back
astha:let me do my work in peace shlok

astha:shameless
shlok:whats the need for shame.tum mera biwi he na?
he whispered nuzzling her hair
astha:stop your flirting shlok otherwise i will run fom here
shlok:god my fate!i had got such a romance-allergic wife!
astha pinched his cheek

they had a happy time together

astha:why?why you are like this?look at varad bauji.he stayed back at home today and is actively participating in the celebrations..and you?you dont love me you dont care for me!do whatever you like
she moved out of the room crying
shlok:bhai,you put this little brother in such a big trouble!

she kissed him and ran away out of shy

he opened it.it had a beautiful pair of anklets
he kneeled down and made her wear it

A lone tear..tear of happiness escaped her eyes
shlok got up and wiped her tears
shlok:now where is my gift?he asked to change her mood
astha smiled and took his hands in hers and placed it on her tummy
astha:here is your gift!
shlok:what?
astha:my akdu is going to become a father!
shlok was shocked out of happiness
shlok:what?when?true?
astha:relax!i came to know only yesterday...so thought of giving you a surprise today!
shlok:really?
astha nodded
shlok was happy beyond measure
he hugged her close.he was crying out of ecstasy..so was astha
they remained like that for a long time...
shlok:astha will i be a good father
astha:not good you will be the best...
he kissed her forehead and hugged her close...
astha:i love you shlok...love you like anything...she said shedding his tears of happiness and contentment...

soon one more ray of light will peep into their life
