I think Sumitra is also a terrorist planted by Heth Singh in haveli. This Sumitra who we see now is not real Sumitra. Real Sumitra was kidnapped on her way to the temple by Heth Singh's men and her evil lookalike was planted in haveli to rock haveli walas kursi.
