Entering into restaurant business
"It is a good business to be in, competitive; but then all business's are competitive. I saw many places and zeroed in on Papillon Park due to its size and location. I hope Blue Waters will be the first of many".
Naming the restaurant
"It's a unique and catchy name. There is a lot of water beginning from the entrance of the restaurant and Blue colour is also used prominently in the restaurant".
Level of involvement
"I am hundred percent involved, although it seems impossible for one person to be involved in various activities simultaneously. I have good team and good people working along with me. The restaurant is being managed by Mr.Ankush Jain, who was previously with The Marriott; and his experience and enthusiasm will go a long way in the success of the place. At the end of the day team work is what counts"
His acting career
Anuj is currently seen as Suhas in Rishto Ki Dorr and will also be seen playing main lead in Aroona Irani's new show "Doli Saja ke" on Sahara One.
Anuj's production house Maverick's first soap Kulvaddhu's shooting is on and the show is on air on Sony.
