as you said about the thing that Khushi din tell about rishabh to arnav...i think here khushi was more eager on knowing what arnav wants to say to her and thing about rishabh's weird behavior,she herself doesnt know the reason behind rishabh's weird behavior...so i think she was more curious on listening what arnav wants to say and also she thought what arnav will do by knowing about rishabh's weird behavior,she can handle her best friend .
