track is suitable for chor police situation only....

The situation they used is only suitable in thief and police situation where chor/ thief hide themselves. In such a situation thief can't tell public around because the police would caught them and public would help police in catching theif. In goonda type situation which was in ZOYAAN case, the person hiding with public around don't need to stay silent. Talking / shouting to attract people is very much favorable for the person hiding because public is likely to go with hiding and not the goondas around. By the way, episode was full of loopholes, in fact many as was expected.
