Silent readers... - Page 4

I have not read any of your stories, but still wanna say something..Don't you think this note is kind of forcing like if you don't comment, then don't show your face..Writing should be strong that it will force a reader to comment not note like this..I know some writers who send pm to everyone in their buddy list, they are giving that freedom to readers that it's her choice to read silently, pressing the like button or giving a comment..Sometimes readers are also busy in their asli duniya, I am not a silent reader, I believe that readers should appreciate the hard work of an author, but not like this..There are some authors who don't pm to anyone, asked the readers to stalk their profiles for updates..I think that's a good idea, if the writer is thinking sending pms to 200-300 people is not possible for her. If the story is good, readers would have no problem in that. Hope you don't mind for saying this. After reading so many posts on this topic just felt to share my point of view also.

And I'm going hospital with her, so I'm mostly late reply to my buddy
But I do comment them dvdn if I missing thier update

Here is my point of way and the reason to why I have written this note...
I had silent readers for a long time and some are pming me and telling me after reading the update if they liked the update and for me I love it and like it when they do that. which I love as for me it means they have liked the story.

but there are some silent readers, who buddying me and when I have to ask them to why they are buddying me, they say oh I read your story and later when I ask well, I hav not seen you comment or like then they say I have this and that. fine, with me but later these silent readers are sending me pm about how I have a right to send them pm and i should be thankfull for it. I am not foceing anyone but it makes me angry as it is not one and two but 5 silent readers...

one thing I have also had is frist someone buddying me and comment and I think they are my new readers and later I am sending them pms after pms and later they send their own stories...I had not even read their stores and I dont have that much time. later when I ask them if they are reading my story, they say no and when I ask them why have to buddy me and they say because they wanted me to read their story...

and this way I am really done with the silent readers

I don't want a PM if that is binding me to comment on a chapter I don't find very compelling. I understand if you are a new writer and need feedback on writing, and I'm more than willing provided the premise of the story is worthwhile. But do improve your writing based on the constructive criticism, and don't shy away and stop writing.

Nonetheless, I am a reader and not a writer by any means. Please don't compel me to be as such. It won't be worth your while.

One good thing you do is that you unbuddy that writer but I want to say every update I have written...I have really worked hard and yes, it hurts when the readers does not comment or hit like. I dont mind if a reader gives idea how to improve, love that and it makes me think that this readers is looking after me. I spent over 4 or sometimes 6 hours to write a update and later I used to spend 30 mins to send pms and now it is 15 mins.

I work and study and still I do make sure that I so update every week so yes, I do want everyone who is reading the update to comment or just press like...is it selfish of me?

One thing I always say to my friend, the day you start to write that is the way you will understand how it feels and that is the when you will understand how it feels when you seen how many view you story has and then later look how many have taken time and comment and like.

I know the readers have life and they study and they cant be here but they write a note

hey there, Due to my work schedule and travel i am unable to read your updates as soon as you pm. I do however reda them together when i get time and comment on it once. Hope u understand my situation. Please do not delete me from your pm list. I do like your stories a lot.

Dunt worry dear :) Silent reader will surely comment after seeing ur note :)
