pls help me

just confused abt the show???....when anu died there were 2 girls who died on that day...the otherone was anuradha.......they showed that anu gained consciousness....so anuradha dad did the surgery...thats understood.....but then where this other anu came ?? didn't she die???.......if no one died then what abt the body of other person.???................did they show somethin abt it?..did i miss any part

So that means that Anuradha's dad could not recognize his own daughter's body as well? Strange...
