MEIEJ has totally lost its charm! I just cannot connect with this serial .. Cv's have damaged the story totally.. the damage done to show cannot be undone anymore I feel 😔

It is Madhu's zeal to punish a superstar for his scant regard for others' lives and make him an example of how law should treat everyone equally that started Rishbala hate turned love story. Ironically it is the very same zeal, this time from the PP that has put RK in jail. the difference, this time RK is a much mellowed down version of his previous self and the 'victim' himself is a dreaded gangster who the whole of Mumbai police could not catch.

RK has never cared for his own image...just his ego...he is a daredevil but following your logic why would he want to malign his and Madhu's name by letting the matter go to court at all? there were no witnesses besides those 2. He could have easily walked away, Bji and Mb wud not have opposed as they knew he was innocent, no one else knew of their meeting there, and he could let everyone think Sultan was killed by his enemies. Why would he take the risk of destroying his entire life and his whole dependent family's by even thinking about surrendering??
His surrender was abrupt after a tiff with his wife...leaves a lot be questioned. Thats why I think RK pre-meditated his surrender because he too left with a gun. You dont take a gun if you dont want to kill someone! Something is going on in Kameena's mind. I am sure of it!
Sultan called Madhu...but his main target was RK...thats clear from Dips-Sullu convo. Dips stated that Sultan said Madhu would not return to RK mansion that day. So it makes me think he was going to take madhu away and finish off RK in one go.
The big twist has always been about RK. Lets see what it is this time.

Wow... Page 6! Can't wait to read all the reviews. Sorry, what I said is probably going to be quite redundant, but since I typed it out while watching the show, thought I'd post regardless!

Radhaji is doing aarti for Bappa. Dips is rolling her eyes - c'mon Dips, give it a break - the woman's child is behind bars! And I thought you didn't want to see RK in prison? Conch blows to the BG of Ganesh prayers - am now optimistic.
Loved RK walking in to court, and Madhu jumping up. Both of them communicating silently to each other. Was disgusted with and ignored Dips glad (??) look when she saw RK.
Loved cute Joshi nodding in agreement when counsel for defense Patil describes the shooting scene and RK acting in self defense. And also Sikky nodding throughout. But I totally discount his nods - one look from Dips and it would turn into a negative spineless shake.
Madhu all weepy on the stand: I let it pass, only on the premise this was merely to provide a dramatic contrast at some point. That she may seem all emotional and weak right now, but later she is going to turn into the tigress out to protect and save her adored husband.
S. Marathe claiming "traffic" as the reason for making his dramatic, late late entrance. Anyone who has lived or had any experience of Mumbai in the last 25 years would know not to make that excuse. If there is no traffic, that's when its noteworthy. Not when there is traffic.
Liked RK taking the measure of Marathe. The attentive, considering, RK look.
Marathe is filling out RK's character certificate. 4 phere wedding, spot boy dangling, Mukku, etc etc.. All coming back to bite RK.
Dips is all admiring of cunning and astute Marathe. Marathe references Satyavan and Savitri, and declares himself to be Yamraj. From what I remember, even Yamraj had to bow down to Savitri's devotion and determination to bring her husband back - literally snatch him back from the jaws of death.
So predictably RK is denied bail. Never mind that the arguments made were less about flight risk, danger to others etc, but failed character certificate. Whatever. I don't disagree with the bail denial, just thought it was a little clunky. I'm going to file it under the category of "cinematic license" and let it go.
Patil, my man, you're going to have to up your game. Justify those presumably outrageous fees.
Haven't been able to figure Marathe out. The man looks like a zealous crusader (remind you of someone else?), too good to be true. I'm still holding on to my conspiracy theories, at least until the end of next week (around day 6 or 7 of the 12 day courtroom drama we've been promised.)
Dips looked disappointed that RK was going to continue behind bars. I can't figure her out - and don't particularly care at this stage. However, the good news is no Sultan in the near future. But remember my dark and dire predictions people - the man is not gone from the show as yet.

The precap: Marathe really thinks that RK is the bad guy. So he happily declares to Madhu that goodness will always prevail in the court. Nice! I am now hopeful about which way this is all going to end. RK throws Marathe some good lines. And maybe if Marathe does turn out to be the real deal, it may be the beginning of a beautiful friendship...

today when Mr. PP highlighted that stars and influential ppl. get away with anything , it does make an interesting topic..

in this latest incident when RK got engaged in a brawl with the media people , he had to face these questions from them which a normal person doesn't have to ..how the hell does it matter to anyone whether RK's father married xyz first n whoz the legitimate and whoz the illegitimate son? just bec. RK was famous, ppl. love to take digs at him, malign him, ask derogatory questions and basically, be answerable to them when he is not ! so he had to pay a price for his star status...

as for the remaining incidents, yes, he needs to learn that since he is a public figure, every action of his will be dissected & judged ...he needs to control his anger..otherwise also, even if RK was not a celeb...this kind of behavior is unacceptable in civil society..

I remember reading Salman Khan's interview once n he said that media has full rights to question him about his work, his movies but not his personal life...nobody has the right to be judgmental about him when it comes to his personal life..so even if today, someone points a finger on any of his family member coz of him, he will be defensive abt them and react violently ! all this while, he cared a damn about media n press n said that he doesn't need them to connect to his fans...Lately, in the hit and run case, the judge told him that if he was not Salman Khan, he wud have given the judgement years back..but he cannot let him off otherwise it'll become a national debate 😆

the arrogant , brattish, bad boy of Bollywood is very close to RK ..

dun remember which actress, ( guess it was Kareena Kapoor) , she said ke media is very unfair to us ..we are also normal people, we get angry, sometimes we are frustrated, not in the best mood and then these media ppl. just write us off ...

ETA even Padmini was a "celeb" bec. she was associated with RK but was not held guilty for killing Balraj .. in normal cases like these, MAY BE it WAS an open and shut case but not now bec. RK is involved..

CVs are possibly trying to show that actors are not glittering showpieces. They also are human who make mistakes, just that their follies become national gossips while ours remain confined to our homes. Will be interesting to see how RK handles this...

Don't know what others feel about the episode but I'm for sure hooked to this court room drama after today's epi.

The arguements were all very clunky but but I'm not complaining this clunk is 120 times better than the clunk of past few months.

Few things:
1) Madhu can u please wipe off that blood from ur husband's forehead.And please get a new pair of clothes for him .

2)Cv's please don't make Madhu wear these tents..remember she The- Superstar RK's wife.
