Mrs. Buns came forward

MB: everything went well Geet

G: yes

MB: you look pale

G: am just tired

MB: well you must then rest first, but can you tell when the work will start

The Basti people rejoiced.

After some time Geet went to her apartment.

She did not know what to make out of his sudden explosion.

It was already hard to believe that he can speak, and then the way he bashed her was totally unexpected

But it was she supposed for good, after all he is MP Di's husband

Whatever Pari said about Di marrying Prem would be some misunderstanding on her part.

It's good that she need to think about him now.

The rain has increased, it was a heavy downpour.

Suddenly her phone rang, she looked at the time it was almost midnight, she looked at the mobile screen and was alarmed to find Mrs. Buns name displaying

G: Hello, is everything Ok

MB: yes, but here this Maan is asking for you

G: Pardon

MB: that architect of yours Maan Singh Khurana wants to meet you

G: at this hour?
MB: that's what I told him, but he says it's urgent

G: ok give him my address

MB: are you sure?

G: yes, he is a nice man

MB: ok

Why does he want to meet her and that too this late?

She shrugged and waited for him, after 15 mins she heard footsteps and went to open the door, he was there all drenched in water.

She quickly went to fetch a towel

G: take this and remove your shoes at the door step else you will make the place wet

He gave her a amused look

M: ok

She went in and fetched a pair of man work clothes she kept in case of need

He looked at them and wondered who they belonged to

G: they are new; I have about 50 more pieces of various sizes in the closet for new employees

He nodded as she showed him the direction of the bathroom

G: what would you like to have tea or coffee?

M: coffee will be fine

She went to make coffee; first she fried some fries and then started beating the coffee

Suddenly she felt a hug and was startled.

M: I am sorry Geet

She gathered her wits, and tried to remove his hands from her waist

G: Maan what are you doing?

M: apologizing

And he kissed her neck

She lost her breath and turned to face him

G: leave me Maan. This is not the right way to apologize

He tighten his grip

M: then what's the right way

G: Maan behave your selves, you are a married man, think about MP Di

M: she only sends me here at this hour

G: WHAT!

M: yes, and BTW who am I married to, MP

G: Yes, this is what Pari told me

M: Pari!

G: yes, or you can say what she told me made me realize that you and MP Di are a couple

M: Geet, sweetheart, MP is going to marry Prem in 2 months from now, and as far as I am concerned I am in love with you since the day I kissed you

G: WHAT!

M: yes and are you forgiving me for the way I behaved

She was silent she was confused

M: Geet are you here

G: yes

M: coffee?

G: oh yes, but first leave me

M: first say you forgave me

G: I did

M: what

G: I forgive you

M: ok

While they both had their coffee and fries, Maan told Geet everything between MP and him

M: she is always a sweetheart

G: um

M: she loves Prem and vice a versa, they are made for each other

G: um

M: after their marriage we should also plan to get married

G: um (smiled)

M: we will have a small wedding with only family and few close friends, you can invite the whole basti though

G: um

M: then we will have 2 kids

G: um

M: one sweet girl like you and one smart boy again like you

G: um

M: we will enroll them

G: Chup Bilkul Chup

Maan immediately becomes mum

G: you are a complete chatter box, Sasha was right
