If we are talking about experience, then Asin also shouldn't have got the best debut award for Ghajini. She did the same film thrice and was quite experienced with the character. 😆 And this was a completely different ball game for Dhanush. I have a soft corner for him cuz he dubbed for his own lines without knowing the language. He emoted and with voice modulation! 👍🏼

Asin, Illena and Dhanush all three don't deserve the debutant award, because they are NOT debutants. I'm sure if a Hollywood actress came in a hindi movei they wouldn't nominate her for best newcomer.
