Basically Tulsi was though to have lung cancer but turned out to be severe bronchitid and she is in Dwarka right now with Mihir. Shobha found out Abhishek's truth and is in Shantiniketain right now. As mentioned, check out the archived updates as I really don't know how far behind you are.. hope this helps 😊
