Costumes celebrities choose...

Well, I'm a big time Drashti Dhami fan and i was so eagerly waiting to watch her performance of this week. But her costume made me cringe and i know for sure that i cannot watch her performance today on tv with family.

I'm not here to bash her and agreed that she is performing for a sensuos song, but there are families watching the show and not everbody is broad minded. Coming to Drashti, she is naturally beautiful even without an ounce of make-up. Why put on such provocative costumes is my question!!

We are all 21st century people but we should agree that we see serials and movies with a different thinking. In movies these costumes may be common. We may not watch movies with family, but we surely watch tv with family cause sometimes it is unavoidable.

Also my parents know that I love DD and they will surely taunt me about the dress my favourite is wearing. What I'm saying is, Indian celebrities should choose their costumes wisely keeping in mind the Indian viewers.

Please find some other post to bash, not this one. We can always have a healthy discussion about costumes celebrities choose.😊

DD is very comfortable with her dress and it's hot and sexy performance she has to wear this

While doing an international dance form like Argentine Tango you have to dress accordingly! I don't see any offence in watching DD's dance!

agree this time she went out of her way and also agree the performance may not watchable with family for some. but i have seen much more than this on TV 😆 . the short dresses some wear in the serials and with the dresses they drag episodes for week.. suhag raat scences on the serials has far more than what is there in the pics of Drashti performance. 😆 if we can compare, i saw magna malik wearing short dress for one performance.. no offense to anyone.

its their wish let them experiment. let them learn with experience.

we dont won drashti. we are not the one to decide what should she wear.. if she wears, we are not answerable . i guess u can tell your parents the same. what can u do if she wears short dress? its not your decision. 😊

I can understand what you are trying to say...I watch JDJ with my grandmother and I have told her already that she is wearing a short dress...the thing is that we have always seen her fully dressed may be that's why it feels a little uncomfortable...but as she is doing a dance show and belongs to this industry,she has to wear every kind of costumes and I personally think her costume is pretty decent and she has chosen least revealing dress...have seen most of the choreos and the contestants wearing more revealing dresses...still I think the act overall will be decent and at the same time sensous as per the theme...
