Intially 32 contestant competing with each others and 16 moving in next round.
Then winners of 4 semi-finals i.e. 8 + 2 from call back episode are moving forward in Mega finals.
Each week 1 singer eliminated on the basis of public voting & points given by 3 judges present in studio.

The show is aired every Monday & Tuseday form 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST on Zee Marathi channel.

After the audition 32 singers are competing with each others.
Next round – After 4 semi finals 8 singers moved ahead.
2 additional singers are selected in call back episode
Total 10 singers are now compiting with each other
Every week 1 singer is eliminated basis the public voting and points given by 2 well known judges and one guest judge present in the studio

Marathi SaReGaMaPa is telecast on Zee Marathi on every Monday & Tuesday from 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.

I happened to catch few episodes of Marathi Saregamapa
and I must say that the quality of singers is way above the hindi version... Thats more because most of the marathi songs are classical based and difficult to sing.. I was awed to hear them sing the difficult songs with so much ease...

can anyone post videos for us to see

If you want to watch Z-Marathi, it is available on www.planetvu.com. They are offering 15 day free trial and then you can subscribe the channel for $8.99/month. If you take Z-Marathi and Hindi as a package it is $ 14.99/per month I think. The channel is very clear and you can enlarge to full screen. Open the site and click on Watch the Chanell. That opens a new window where you will have some choices on the right hand side. Click on "South Asia". This will open differen Z-channels. Last but one is Z-Marathi. If you click on it you get two more choices and the choice you want is Z-Marathi Live. You may have to register with your email address and a password. From then on it is very simple. I myself would like to subscribe to it. I just finished my 15 day trial. I do not know where you live but for us in Pacific North West the time for Saregamapa is 9:00 in the morning on Mondays and Tuesdays (13.5 hour difference). The only problem for us is that we do not have a Lap Top computer to connect to our TV so the whole family can see it. Right now only I watch and my wife complains. Good luck.
